They did have rental cars, however you had to take the driver with you (rather bizzare), but loking at the traffic - much needed!

Advantages: Good location, right in the middle of city, very clean hotel, excellent service, many food & beverage outlet to choose from, good airport service, helpful staff, good reservation feedback Disadvantages: A little expensive can be discounted by talking to Front Office before checking in, no self-driven rental car, rather small business center, internet connections were slow
