Good location, right in the middle of city, very clean hotel, excellent service, many food & beverage outlet to choose from, good airport service, helpful staff, good reservation feedback
Disadvantages:
A little expensive can be discounted by talking to Front Office before checking in, no self - driven rental car, rather small business center, internet connections were slow

I arrived in Nepal on Feb. 3rd 2003. My airport pick-up was right outside the airport waiting for me. This was a good sign. My online reservation request was made promptly and I received replies to any inquiry I had within 24 hours.
My stay was very comfortable. The hotel was right in the heart of the city,like the website said it would be :)! The food was excellent and they had three different restaurants to choose from. Very much needed for an "American Tourist" like me who does not have the stomach for hot spicy food! The room was clean with all the facilities I was used to elsewhere.
They did have rental cars, however you had to take the driver with you (rather bizzare), but loking at the traffic - much needed!
I had a really good time, and will be going back again to Hotel Yak & Yeti.
