If you're interested in studying INdonesian, I recommend a school called Wisma Bahasa, where I stayed for a month last summer. I can't fault them. They're cheap, the teachers are genuinely nice people who became friends, they can cater for any standard and for any field, the other students are huge fun and the whole experience I look back on as one of my best trips ever. They've got a website, check them out!

Advantages: u can enlarge ur ''history'' knowledge, its a very beautiful city. Disadvantages: none
Yogyakarta is located in Central Java but not in the province of Central Java. it has its own province which is D.I Yogyakarta. Yogyakarta is one of tourist destination in Java. This city isnt far from the city where u can find the greatest Buddha temple in the world(Borobudur). Theres also a well known beach close to the city, dat is Parangtritis beach. U can find an old palace in this city completed with ancient accessories, vehicle and weapons ... ...love history and ''something related to museum'', this is the right city. Advantages: Stunning sunrise, volcanoes, stargazing Disadvantages: Cold, but that's it!
sunbathed for a bit outside our room on the grass, breathing in the fresh air and writing notes in our diary about the day. Taking in the view for the last time, we headed for the restaurant and waited for the local bus, cheaper than the bus that had brought us up by the way.
Our next destination from here was Yogyakarta in the centre of Java, but that?s a whole ?nother story.
HOW LONG TO STAY
Minimum of 1 night, maximum of 3 nights. There is only the sunrise to see really, although the surrounding area is stunning. There is also a volcano you can climb beyond the crater itself, too big (and too smoking) for our liking.
COSTS
You should allow £4 each for acommodation and food will cost you a measly £2.50 per person in the restaurant - it's hearty stuff that you will love and it'll keep you warm at the low temperatures ...
