Advantages Varied play styles, huge areas, quad biking fun
Disadvantages could be expensive if you go sily

Call me a child if you will - I don't care! This weekend I spent one of the most fun-filled days that I have had in a long time. Why? You may cry, well I'll tell you. This Saturday I spent the day shooting friends and strangers, not only did I love it but they also enjoyed it - what am I talking about, PAINTBALLING at the Yorkshire Paintball Centre near Selby in North Yorkshire. This is about the 4th time I have been paintballing, and by far and away the best venue I have ever visited. Advantages GREAT FUN FOR ALL THE FAMILY

Softair is a way of having a paintballing experience, but with replica weapons. You can organize your own skirmishes, and have battle re-enactments. You choose your own weapon, and you can find a Softair version of it on the internet. Softair guns normally shoot 6mm Plastic Balls to distances of up to 30-40 metres in length. They do sting a bit when you are hit, but not as much as with paintballs. The power that is exerted cannot legally be over 1 Joule of energy.
