Advantages: You'll never be bored in London Disadvantages: Noisy and polluted
...For somebody like me initially living in the North and then moving to a town near London, it might be considered a bit daunting being in England’s capital so regularly. But no, I just love the way London is always full to bursting with so many different types of people. You would expect this being a capital but I think London is more unique than most big cities I’ve been to. Its different cultures, magnificent buildings (such as StPaul’s Cathedral, Big Ben and the Canary Wharf buildings) and wonderful transport systems set it apart from anywhere else in the world. London is the place for me!...

Advantages: The View, The Peace and the wonder of it all Disadvantages: The Price!
...What is 135m High, and Round? The London Eye! You know, that thing which now stands proudly on the River Thames, Higher than Big Ben and the House of Parliament, it is London's Must See Attraction!
The Eye is Amazing, Brilliant, Super, words really can't describe, the amazing views you get from it! Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, StPauls, The Millennium Dome, Canary Wharf, the list is endless. This may be one big spinning observation station, but its fun, enjoyable, and darn right eye opening.
The wheel slowly moves around with your pods, which hold 25, hang on the outside, slowly turning with the wheel so that you stay upright! The Pods are mainly all glass, so you can see all over London from any position, and the cleverly places North, South, East and West signs, help you know what direction you are looking! It is a magical experience...

Advantages: wonderful bidseye veiw Disadvantages: closed in strong winds
...The London Eye is the largest ferris wheel type construction.
It is by the River Thames and affords a FANTASTIC veiw of London.
On a clear day you cam see for 30 miles in all directions and WHAT A SIGHT it is.
As a visitor to London it is well worth going up, the trip taks about 30 mins and is wonderful.
Great for those who love to take pictures and you can see the other major tourist attractions , The Tower of London ,stPauls and it is fairly near to the Millenium Dome .
There are no height restrictions so children are not barred from this which is a benifit .
As to those who are scared of heights well the choice is yours...
