Summary
This is a travelogue that will give information about the trip that my wife, Nikki, and I had to Thailand in the periode from 11th of September until the 28th of September. On our trip we first spent a few days in Bangkok before we flew down to Ao Nang beach outside Krabi. Then we flew back to Bangkok and took the bus to Hua Hin before ending up in Bangkok again. ...BANGKOK
INTRODUCTION

However, as you can imagine, not everyone agreed that it was a safe place to go, particularly as I went with another female. Many family members thought that this was a bad idea and that two females alone in Thailand, particularly Bangkok would be preyed upon by the locals. However, they couldn't have been more wrong. If there is anything I have forgotten that you want to know...

After a few dubious journeys that seemed to take circular paths we decided to start asking how much it would take to get...

As a fairly regular visitor to Bangkok, I always book flights and then sort out my own accommodation rather than get a package deal. Accommodation is cheap and plentiful there, we're talking £10 - £15 per night for what might equate to a three star... more
