Zoom Airlines

Zoom Airlines is a Canadian Airline which flies between the UK and Canada as well as other Countries such as France and the USA. I have used this airline twice to fly back and forth from Canada from my local airport Cardiff.

I have had generally pleasant experiences with this airline. Although fares are often cheaper than rivals the quality of service full - seats are comfortable, movies are played and meals are enjoyable etc (all of which are free). The low fares therefore are this airline's main strength.

Another major advantage of this carrier is its use of regional airports, particularly in the UK - e.g. Cardiff, Belfast etc. This enables the customer to fly to North America without necessarily the need to travel long distances to a major airport - for example I was able to fly from Cardiff instead of having to travel to and fly from London, Birmingham or Manchester.

The only thing to be aware of with this airline is that on certain routes the plane will make a stop en-route - for example one of my flights left Cardiff and stopped at Belfast to pick up more passengers before continuing to Canada. This can get rather frustrating as sitting in a plane on the tarmac (for around 30 minutes - 1 hour in my case) can add time and frustration to your journey. However, this is only a slight disadvantage and will not irritate everyone.

Generally therefore a very good airline.
