Zoom airlines is not that bad! If you want to fly between Canada and the UK it's cheaper then flying BA/Air Canada and better then taking Air Transat or any other Charter! I recently went from Vancouver to London Gatwick on the Premium seats, and it was not bad... service was good, food was okay (airline food isn't the greatest) - had a choice of two meals, plus drinks kept coming around. Overall not bad, and I liked that they gave you newspapers and bottled water at the beginning of the flight - also nice to recieve the complimentry blanket (with case) and headseats/pillow/eye mask. No real issues with any of it.. i mean it's a long journey, and it's better to have some space then to be crammped like sardines (like say on Air Transat)... i would fly them again!
