Last week I rented Dutch bike from Dutchbikehire in London. Even though I placed a last-minute request, they were able to meet me at a time convenient for me and provide me with a true Dutch bike (a so-called 'oma-fiets'), which was exactly what I was looking for. I am Dutch myself and missed cycling around on such a bike. The bike was of good quality and was amended to the right height for me. It comes with a good additional lock and even has working lights and a 'fietsbel'.
At the end of the day I could return the bike at a time set by me and they agreed to meet me (in my case 8pm) at a convenient location. It is clear that Dutchbikehire knows their bicycles and know what cycling is all about. I will definitely return for another great day of Dutch cycling in London!
