It's in the Kensington area of London, really handy for Earls Court. I stayed there as we were going to a gig in Earls Court and were going to be too late to get a train home, so just wanted a cheap stopover that was nice and close. It cost us £44 for a night, or £39 for a room with no window! This was last summer, and I think the prices have gone up by a few quid now and they vary by a few quid depending on the size and whether you have a window. Looking at the website they range around £45-48, so still pretty cheap.
The rooms feel a bit like a ferry cabin, but they're so much cheaper than anywhere in the area, and unlike some of the cheaper low star hotels, they are perfectly clean and everything looks reasonably new. The bed is comfy, shower works well, and we had no problems at all.
On the downside, the rooms are very small, and you must be very comfortable with anyone that you share a room with! The only things in the room are "essentials" - there are no shelves/tables or any surfaces for you to put your belongings on (2 hooks on the wall is the most extravagent they get!).
If you just want a bed for the night then there is nothing wrong with these rooms, but I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel if you think you may spend any time in your hotel room or if you have more than a small bag of luggage. I would happily stay there again, but only for a one night stopover.
