When going on a break to London we had flights booked to Lutonairport. Had sen advertisements for the bus service and looked them up on their website www.easybus.co.uk. The website was easy to navigate and the price came up as £4 each way (cheaper than the bus and train) If we had booked sooner prices started at £1 each way.
On arrival at the airport we went to the bus station and you couldn't miss the bright orange mini bus next to its bright orange bus stop.
The bus was comfortable and was fitted with seatbelts. Some passengers hadn't pre-booked and paind the driver on arrival £6. However pre-bookings get priority and these walk up pasenger did get "bumped off" when a pre-booked family of 5 turned up.
We departed on time, it was a direct service and comfortableservice which dropped you off at Baker Street tube station. Perfect for getting to anywhere else in London. We knew that the pick up point was different and the driver pointed it out to us. You got picked up from bus stop 19 on Gloucester Place. This was written on the confirmation and is the same pick up point for the other services to the airport and the north.oru return journey was a mirror image of the first.
A few pointers: You must print off your confirmation and take it with you as this acts as you ticket, failure to do so results in you having to pay again. There is a limit to the amount of luggage this is satandard airline restriction. If you have any more you will have to buy a seat for it. All of this is clearly stated on the website so nobody should have any problem.
On the whole I thought that tis service was great it was cheap, comfortable and served its purpose well. I will definatly use this service again and recommend it to every one.
