I realised the night before a holiday in Italy that I had forgotten to book a car. forget holidayautos - they need someone to call within 48 hours of a booking. ( bear in mind this is midnight the night before I fly.- forget hertz, avis etc - they simply don't have the prices I want.
in flys easyrentacar on wings of joy. I booked at 10pm, got a europcar for 60 pounds for 4 days and arrived in Italy the next morning with my confirmation, picked my smart car up and went on my merry way.
I am not sure how it would have gone if it had not been there, but I don't care - they got it right first time, perfectly, with 10 hours lead time and a great price. GO easyrentacar.
