I went to Belfast last week with Flybe.com. I chose them as they use Southampton Airport which is convienent for me. I used there website to book tickets, which was very easy to use. There web site is www.flybe.com. I have seen lots of advertising for this airline, which boasts its a budget airline. I booked tickets for A Friday lunchtime departure and returned on a Sunday, which came to approx £86.00, which I thought fair enough I am going peak times, but I was also charged an airport tax and charged for using my credit card. So all in I was charged around £126.00, which I felt was not a budget fare at all. Anyway I still booked the ticket. I was able to take my luggage as hand luggage which maxium limit is 5kg. So no need to to worry about if my luggage will meet me at destination. The plane went on time and was offered refreshments, but at a price. Sandwiches were £4.00, tea/coffee £1.60 approx and bar drinks £3.00 approx. So I spent a further £7.00 on refreshments i.e sandwich and drink. After I consumed my expensive lunch I needed to use the lavortory. When I got to the loo and went inside, it was the smallest lavortory I have ever seen, it could be in the Guiness book of records. I am quite small and struggled to use the toliet, so if you are average and over in size forget it. Or leave the door open for more room. All in all my flight was quite expensive for a domestic flight refreshements were over priced, and I would avoid using the toliet. But the plane was on time going to Belfast and returning to Southampton. I had no luggage so unable to comment on luggage waiting times. Booking tickets on web is fast and easy. You can search for fares yourselve, but be prepared to leave eary in morning and advoid friday to Sunday if you want cheap flights. The cheapest flight I saw one way to Belfast was £8.90

Review of Flybe
Advantages: Low fares! Extensive range of routes and destinations. Good Punctuality Disadvantages: Can be uncomfortable on longer flights. Extra charges expensive if you don't play by their rules.
