Checked in at Birmingham and went straight through to departure lounge. 10 minutes after our flight was supposed to leave there was an announcement to say the flight was delayed for 3 hours! No one seemed to know the reason for delay. I was 24 weeks pregnant. There was nowhere to sit. Eventually boarded the flight. On the way back delays checking in. The new pram we had purchased for the baby was damaged on arrival at Birmingham. Flew back 16th July - today we have received their offer. To replace pushchair here in England costs £150.00 more, the pushchair is made in Spain and therefore cheaper. Be warned that apparently their policy is only to pay the original cost!

Thanks for your comments but I can't really give too much of an opinion on the food as I am vegetarian and they only offered a cheese and pickle roll which they didn't have any of! So no food besides crisps etc for vegetarians. Poor value for money as now cost me an extra £150. I don't think I am that far off the mark but hormones could be playing a part.

Thanks for the warning. I think you've been a little harsh, however, with the individual area ratings! (Food Quality Poor
Customer Service Unhelpful
Punctuality Poor
Space Uncomfortable
Value for Money Poor) - was it all really that bad? You should try to be objective in these areas to keep the overall rating system fair. You don't even mention food! Welcome to Ciao. Dan

Advantages: Actually fly at sensible times from regional airports, loads of legroom Disadvantages: The use of small planes mean you feel every bump and twist; much of FlyBE's fleet are turbo-props
