Advantages none
Disadvantages the car was a wreck
This car was not the worst I have hired, that accolade goes to Hertz in Italy..another story. Firstly the driections to the hire company were wrong. Then we found the redirection was less then helpful. Eventually we found the Advantage van. I had asked for diesel, we do not do diesels in that class. Then 80 euros for fuel. I was given the car description, you know the few minor scrapes etc...there were so many. Could I have another car please? We do not have any more. It was a wreck, dent, scrapes, mirrors that didn't move. Dirty and not good: rattles, vibrations, thirsty.
When I returned the car I asked for a signature to confirm it was no worse than when collected...eventually I got it but there oiperation is cheap, not cheerful and to be avoided. Next time I will pay more to go with an opperation that provides a car that I fell confident in.
