Advantages: Fantastic swimming pool environment

This is truly a lovely hotel with a great swimming pool. The exterior of this hotel and surrounding gardens are outstanding a lot of thought has gone into the presentation of this place and its history. The foyer is absolutely beautiful ,beautiful kistorical pieces and flower arrangements so the place oozes charm. The staff here are very attentive and professional in there approach and attitude.There is a lovely curio shop in the main foyer as well ...

The swimming pool is very unusual as it has a section that goes underneath an enclosed area with a lovely waterfall at the entrance making for a feeling to this area . Disadvantages: Lacking excitement for a younger crowd.

"Welcome to the Hotel Santa Rita, such a lovely place, such a lovely face..." So sing the restaurant staff to the tune of the Eagles hit "Hotel California." And indeed they are correct, even if their singing is atrocious. The hotel complex itself is smaller than the average at 55 rooms, yet at no time does it feel claustrophobic or crammed in. ...lazy time. Why the Heritage Inn? It's not that easy to get good advice on finding a hotel in Amritsar. There are few of the international hotel chains, most booking sites cover only the more expensive places and even then, not in any great detail. We have just returned from a 2week holiday in Goa staying at the surreal Marinha Dourada hotel in Arpora, Baga. This resort was highly recommended to us by a relative who travels to Goa every year and stays at this resort everytime. Having stayed there, I can see why they are regulars.
