Worst hotel ive ever stayed in and i have travelled the world. unfriendly staff rude, no manners and the dirtiest smelly rooms. The first room wasnt fit to house an animal and the 2nd 3rd 4th to 5th didnt get much better. the duty manager didnt have anything to say he just gave us another room to look at, he didnt seem to care, im not surprissed since hearing that they intend pulling this hotel down next year. my sister an myself and 5 friends stayed ... When giving directions to your cab driver make sure you give them the 41st street entrance as this is quieter and you have time to get out of the cab without being run over by NYC drivers. ...too much hassle and I didn't feel like I was asking the earth if I needed something. The concierge were brillirant and booked me a helicopter flight with Liberty Helicopters and the porters were always ready to help with luggage storage and they always had a cab ready if you needed it. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and would definitely recommend it to anyone - businesses or pleasure travellers. I will definitely be staying here ... Read review
