Advantages: Big Rooms, Frendly staff
Disadvantages: Resturant food not to my taste - mum LOVED their beef burger though!!

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times in a couple of years, and I have to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed it both times. The rooms are of a great size, and are of a really high standard. The room facilities are great, safe, tv, bathroom, soaps etc, tea facilities, free morning newspapers! The hotel staff are ever-so friendly, always saying hello and happy to help. Hotel shop supplies anything you may need, newspapers, magazines, headache tablets, ...
...and also a theatre.. Just at the end of both sides of the street are Broadway and Times Square.. Lots of shops!! Can be out for hours wandering and spending! Great fun!! =D!! Lots of resturants near by also.. This hotel has a great store opposite that sells food ->from drinks, crisps, fruit, pasteries and hot food... They make the BEST turkey roll ever!! Disadvantages: Rooms fairly small

We stayed at this hotel in June 2006. We were allocated a room on a high floor (10th), as requested, with a view out to the street. Room was fairly small (typical for a city centre) but clean and comfortable, having been recently refurbished. Disadvantages: Some of the food was a bit of a let down

I stayed at the Soho Grand in the October of last year, for just one night, but it left such a wonderful impression on me and came up in conversation only moments ago, and hence I thought I'd review the place, if only to recommend it! I must say before anything else, that I was not responsible for either booking, or paying for the room, as it was part of a business trip, and therefore I can't comment on things like ease of booking, nor, really, ...
...questioning the quality of the Soho Grand though; from start to finish, it was a marvellous, easy, friendly experience. I'd highly, highly recommend a stay here, again, it's not going to be the cheapest of places, but for comfort, luxury, security, and something a little different, as well as being located in a fantastic area, I'd say you'd be hard pushed to find much better! Disadvantages: NONE

...In fact, it could easily take longer if you were staying in a more central location as you'd have to fight your way through crowded streets! I would definately return to the Embassy Suites should I find myself back in New York. I have nothing but praise for it. ... Read review

...twice winter and summer , hilton hotel was in summer for four days i took my my 14 year old girl with me, she was so impreesed with hotel lobby she wanted to stay all day in lobby people watching ,ifelt like million dollers did not matter my clothes at lower end of market the whole decor of place like palace; never seen a bed as big as this ;four phones in room and 1 in toilet mind you it was very formal room big bed large desk with green leather ...
