Disadvantages: Small Rooms, No Communal area.

...booked. Upon phoning the Chelsea Star they too were fully booked however, helpfully offered me a pull out bed in one of there dorm rooms for a discounted price. On arrival the staff were exceptionally helpful, offering advice with what to do for my stay and carrying my bags to my room (as someone who had been staying in hostels for the past 3 months this was rather a surprise!). ...twice winter and summer , hilton hotel was in summer for four days i took my my 14 year old girl with me, she was so impreesed with hotel lobby she wanted to stay all day in lobby people watching ,ifelt like million dollers did not matter my clothes at lower end of market the whole decor of place like palace; never seen a bed as big as this ;four phones in room and 1 in toilet mind you it was very formal room big bed large desk with green leather ... ...were eventually accommodated at the Milford Plaza and I cannot reccommend them enough for their outstanding customer service. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in trying to solve our predicament and found us a room at mega short notice.
