Cedar Lodge, El Portal

During our recent trip to California we stayed one night at Cedar Lodge Resort, El Porto, in order to visit the Yosemite National Park. As it is only eight miles from the park entrance, it was an ideal place, distance wise, to stay for this part of our trip. Our reservation was made through Virgin Holidays and only at a later date did we read a few slightly negative reviews on some travel sites so we were not too sure what to expect.
