    Advantages Advantages Easy,fantastic customer service,All the best service however really good value.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Not knowing an area could not like where you staying.

    This is the 2nd time we have booked our holiday with Travel Republic, we will book all our holidays with them in future their customer service is excellent, when looking at where to go their web site is excellent at giving you ideas. A very easy format to follow and all relevant documents easy to get on line. If you get stuck or not sure of anything their customer service is fast and reliable.     Advantages Advantages Easy to use- no problems encountered on arrival.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages No reply given to requests so you travel blind in A SENSE.

    This site gave me the best price available and it was good value for money. I shopped around but found Travel Republic to be way ahead of others. Everything was as set out in the description of the hotel and I couldn't fault anything and will genuinely try Travel Republic again when I am lucky enough to get away. I would have liked to have booked all inclusive flights wit hotel but this was not possible as my sister flew on different dates to me and between us we needed a room for nine days so it worked out a little expensive to book flights separately to hotel.     Advantages Advantages It had a wide range of facilities

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Not near a beach, but I wasn't seeking a seaside hotel.

    There isn't much more to add. It exceeds customer expectations. I stayed at this hotel between 13/06 and 16/06/2013 in Room 460. The hotel is and was of a 5 star standard. The room was spacious and, very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The security issue is taken very seriously, but in a professional and friendly manner. They had a range of entertainment programs, which I didn't have the chance to watch, because of my pre-arranged appointments. They had swimming pool, fitness centre.     You can actually talk to an advisor. I found that a great help because you could obtain more detailed information about hotels, rather than simply reading about the facilities of the hotel from their own web-site. The offer to book the hotel with only a £1 deposit was greatly appreciated. The hotel they recommended was excellent in every way and they kept me informed as to when the remainder of the hotel cost was due.     Advantages Advantages plenty of choice

    Disadvantages Disadvantages if the hotel room says it sleeps 5 ,it may only sleep 4 and you will have further charges

    travel rebublic lets you chose the holiday you want and at a very competitive price. you can look on the webise for ages and do a really good search on exactly what flight you want ,what hotel you want , what price you want to pay and you can also search through lots of reviews that other customers have put about the holidays they have had . i have used travel rebublic lots of times now and if there is any problems, then in my opinion they are very helpful in sorting it out ,weather on the phone or on the website . only problem i have had is booking a room for 5 ( 2 adults and 3 children) you ... more

    Advantages Advantages On-line one-stop shop. Good payment reminder system.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Poor chatline system.

    In principle the online process is straightforward and works well. However, personally I did find them complicated when dealing with flights, transfers and accommodation, especially with the odd changes made by providers. The screens and e-mails sent are not always as clear as they could be either, with links not working. And if I'd relied on TR 'chatline' advice to sort out my online check-in I'd have missed the check-in deadline as they don't appear to work over weekends/bank holidays, and actually gave me wrong information which would have meant I'd have had to pay for print-outs at the ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Very busy road to cross for the beach/buses, but it IS doable

    Our very 1st time using Travel Republic for our week in Rhodes, staying at the Nathalie hotel in Ixia. Everything about the booking online was so user friendly and hotel was so perfect in every way. In my opinion, the whole holiday experience was trouble free and very relaxing for my sister and myself. We are in our Sixties so had asked for a ground floor if possible. We got the 1st floor, but it was fine as we only needed help with our cases, up and down, and were offered that freely.     I booked flight and hotel through Travel Republic to Grananda. There were changes to the flight 3 days prior to the flight, however, it was only a few minutes change to the flight. Travel Republic sent me a text to check changes online which I did. I did not understand the change, so I phoned up. I phoned at lunch time and got through straight away the lady who answered was very friendly and helpful. She explained the changes and I confirmed these were fine.     The holiday we went on to Lanzarote was a brilliant holiday. The organisation was fantastic everything was where it was said. The transfer were really good there and back, very easy to sort out online. We had all the information we needed to get there and back so that was really good. The holiday itself was great value for money and I would definitely pay for it again. I got everything separately emailed to me so I knew exactly what I needed and where I needed to give it in.     The booking was so simple i was actually convinced i had forgotten something or made some kind of mistake. Very simple and the deal was so amazing when i told the rest of the group what i found, they were convinced i had made a mistake too. When ever i am organising a holiday i check this website, just in case, even if it's not for the complete holiday package, i like to heck the flights or hotel deals here to, just to see what's on offer.
