...I travel to and around the US a great deal and I've yet to find an airline to give such good service as Delta. Sure, sometimes they screw up real bad, and sometimes they seem unwilling to act with good customer service, but in comparison it is much less often than most other airlines. Punctuality also seems to be better than most others and the compensatory offers for voluntary bumping are always more generous than those of their rivals. I've travelled with a number of airlines during the past 4 - 5 years but Delta always comes out on top for me!... Read review

Advantages: TV's in economy,
Disadvantages: Nothing that I can think of.

...Emirates are rated as an excellent airline in the form of its services and safety not to mention hospitality. It has won many ‘airline of the year awards’ and the reasons for it winning these awards are true. The food on the flight is really delicious and the in-flight entertainment is great. There are TV’s even in economy. The good thing about the airline is that say you are travelling from London to Sri Lanka, you can have a stop-over in Dubai and go duty-free shopping. The amount of cheap things including gold is great at Dubai Duty Free. The airhostesses/airhosts are very helpful and very pleasant and the aircraft is kept clean and feels great. It isn’t cramped for me. Although the prices may be higher for flying on this airline, it is probably well worth it for all those long haul flights where you have nothing to do.... Read review

...I am so sorry to say that travellign on PIA is a real nightmare! I have travelled on this airline several times.. and the tripshave not been fun! The flights are always late in departing, the food is the same as it was 10 years a go, the seats are cramped.. and the airline staff are very unprofessional.... I even sawe a lady pass away on the plan, the air staff didn't have a clue what was going on! They seem to feel that they are doing you a favour by flying you around. If you can try and find an alternative airline for your trip. Avoid PIA, unless you have to like I was, with specific dates, and budgets!... Read review

...I travelled so many time on KLM airlines to my trips overseas and I found it -at least in my opnion- a good airline. The flight was on time , the crew were so nice and helpful, the food and service were grear compared to another airline I took this year because it was cheaper. I truelly regreted taking the other company and that made me realize that KLM was a good company though the prices are a little bet expensive and the time that i had to wait at Amesterdam airprt wasn't quite short , but in general my experience was good.... Advantages: Great airline
Disadvantages: dodgy policies

...Did you know that United Airlines are subject to a boycott by annoyed staff and passengers? There has recently been a lot of bad press around about the unfair treatment of staff due to alleged discriminatory employee benefits and lawsuit against San Francisco equal benefits ordinance protecting lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered employees. This will be viewed as an unusual case in the UK and will no doubt affect our workplaces soon. I have travelled on United airlines and have recieved unsurmounted service from their staff who are always very courteous and their planes are normally on time. I find it hard to believe a large international airline to be so narrowminded.... Read review

Advantages: Modern aircraft. Excellent in flight service
Disadvantages: Mediocre ground service. Food is so so

...MAS,the Malaysian flag carrier bills itself as the "Golden Airline" and in many ways it is justified in doing so. I have flown on MAS many times,within Malaysia, and from Kuala Lumpur to London and other places. I have always found the in flight service to be excellent, the in flight entertainment to be more than satisfactory, and there is quite a lot of leg room on board. The aircraft seem to be well maintained and the fleet is a modern one. The food is quite good,although frankly I have eaten better on Air Lanka and UTA French airlines. The flight attendants are very friendly and are very helpful to mothers travelling with children.If I have a criticism of Malaysia's national airline it would have to centre on the ground service,which I think could be improved.... However, bmi british midlands scheme seems more focused towards the business traveller, and so I chose United Airlines Mileage Plus to still have access to all of the benefits of the Star Alliance, and to join a scheme that is aimed at all customers, rather than those on Full Economy or Business Class fares. In summary, Frequent Flyer schemes are not just for Frequent Flyers. They really should be renamed Airline Loyalty Schemes. I saved all of my miles up and have just blown them all on a First Class return to the US. All I paid was the taxes, and the miles paid for the flight, a cash value of approx £5000! Talk about money for nothing!... Read review

...Very happy with the level of service and cost of this airline. I've used it to fly to Bangkok on a holiday and the cost was very reasonable (second only to Ethiopian Airlines but this flew via Addis Abbaba adding 4 hours to the journey time!) The company I work for also tend to use KLM for business travel within Europe and they consistently provide a high level of service and punctuality. Amsterdam Schipol is the 'hub' through which KLM operate - a very clean, well organised and nice (for an airport!) place.... Read review

...I recently flew United from Houston to Las Angeles. I was impressed with the service, the personnel were efficient and caring. The plane was clean. The coach seats were ample for comfort. And the airline both left and arrived on time. I was traveling with my wheel chair and that posed no problems. I was wheeled to plane and the wheelchair taken in to cargo area from there. And upon arrival the wheel chair was at the plane door waiting for me and none the worse for wear.It was the first time my 8 year old grandson had ever been on a plane. And he loved it. I think that speaks well for the airline.... Read review

...I have travelled on Cronos airlines within Greece a number of times on my visits to that country, and have always enjoyed it. The planes are generally on time, the service is friendly and the food is OK (not very much on internal flights). On one occasion, the stewardess noticed I had a cold and offered to bring me an extra cup of tea. I was impressed. In general, the prices seem to be a little lower than other airlines, such as Aegean and Olympic. Even though you're supposed to check in an hour early, I had no trouble when I checked in even 30 minutes before take off.... Read review
