Liked it so much she bought the company
Review of Alpha-H Absolute Eye Complex by
manlybeach
Advantages: Helps minimise fine lines and puffiness
Disadvantages: Price
...I first came across this product whilst looking at beauty reviews on QVCs website. The serum had received rave reviews from people who had bought and tried it and as QVC has a 30 day money back guarantee i had nothing to lose except the price of postage.
A Little Bit About The Company
Having never heard of Alpha H before i looked them up and found they are an Australian owned and operated company called International Waters Pty Ltd who have been delivering skincare products for over 18 years and supply over 600 salons all over the world.
The director Michelle Doherty was first introduced to Alpha H when she lived in New Zealand 15 years ago and after using the products herself for a number of years and experiencing amazing results she bought the business.
She moved to Australia and with her husband as General Manager they expanded...

a new piece of work from sony
Review of Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H50B by
razzda
Advantages: state-of-the-art optics, big tilting screen, optical stabilizer, face&smile detection
Disadvantages: awkward jog dial, lens hood ridiculously big
...Just bought the H50 several days ago. Having had the H1 for some years, this was a natural move for me - I trust the quality and the longevity of Sony products, and when I saw the H50 advertised with all its benefits, I knew it was the best upgrade for me.
I am impressed with it, to say the least. The camera is as I expected and more. Compared with H1, it's sleeker, easier to work with, smarter in terms of menu and options. It's also very intelligent and intuitive, with numerous presets and creative modes. Sony have also made a clever decision bringing some of their Alpha line features into this camera.
There are a lot of qualities in the H50, but these make in my opinion the top of the list:
1. LCD screen - it's bright, big (3 inches) and tilting. It tilts only up and down (not left and right), which is still perfect for taking...

Street Fighter Alpha, CrAsH BaNg WoLlOp PoW... K.O
Review of Street Fighter Alpha 1 (PSX) by
Sitrixz
Advantages: A great and on going Beat 'em Up!
Disadvantages: There are some but can't think of any at the moment!
...on the Controller), and Rye pulls them off at a steady pace. But Rye can pull of a red fireball now and then, causing a little more damage than usual.
I think they're more but can't remember them all. But if you have taken your time to read that part above, then think of the other characters you can choose from. These are only 3 moves of 2 of the main characters. But there are tons of other players, like Adon, Sagat, Sodom and about another 6 more. But there are also 3 secret characters which you can access with a simple code on the character select screen. If you want them just search for them on a search engine.
Well there's tons more I can say about Street Fighter Alpha, but I won't go into much detail in them. Another nice feature it has are combo's. You can link moves from one place to the other, creating a series of blasting energy ripping moves...

Haddoken
Review of Street Fighter Alpha 3 (PSX) by
Thechain
Advantages: Great fast gameplay
Disadvantages: 2d
...Street fighter reterns to challenge tekken 3 in Street fighter Alpha 3. All your old favourites are back plus a host of new players including Guy and Cody from final fight. As with the original street fighter alpha 3 is immensly playable, but hasn't really changed much from the original, which isn't really a bad thing, why change it if it aint broke. The biggest new addition are the super moves, build up you power bar and then unleash hot fury onto you opponent. Street fighter Alpha 3 is a good contender for the tekken 3 crown but doesn't quite get there. The game suffers from having only a few good players, Ryu, Ken and Guile, the rest are not up to it....

They dont call them 'Alpha's for nothing!
Review of Paiste Alpha Cymbal by
Melvyninja
Advantages: Nice weight, Great Finish, Sound Amazing!
Disadvantages: Slightly more pricier than other cymbals at the same level
...The New Paiste Alpha 'Pro' Range is something new, sweeping the Semi -Pro cymbal range completely under the carpet with a redefined look, sound and alloy. Constructed out of the traditional B8 Alloy, and hand hammered, the new Alpha Pro range certainly look great. Getting down to playing them, each cymbal blends with each other well, and most of the cymbals can be used amongst other cymbals if you rather swapping and mis matching your cymbals for that custom sound. Having tried out the ENTIRE Alpha Pro Range at my local music shop, yes all 34 cymbals, i fell in love completely, and purchased the entire 'Metal' Range of Alpha Pro (choosing the 22" ride rather than the 20" due to durability) and the Flat Ride, the New Paiste Alpha Pro Range is a great choice for the drummer looking for more than those cracked Planet Z's, Meinl Headliner...

Cheapest for International
Review of Alpha prepaid by
apo11o
Advantages: Cheapest. Great line quality
Disadvantages: Occasionally unavailable without prior warning
...I chose Alpha Telecom because it was the cheapest card I found for calling internationally. I call Sweden a lot. I get charged 2p a minute for this at all times. Similar cheap rates are available for most other countries. Check their website for more info: http://www.alphatelecom.co.uk/ The line quality is always as good as BT.
It saves me a lot of money using Alpha rather than getting stung by BT! It's fairly straight-forward to open up an account with them and top it up when required. As with all of the prepaid calling cards I have used, the level of service is not as good as you'll get from BT. I use Alpha telecom about 4 times a week. It's probably a couple of times a month that I am unable to use the card. I dial the number and wait - then nothing happens. My advice would be to open up one account with Alpha and another...

Not a bad little amp
Review of Arcam Alpha One by
ncostall
Advantages: Smooth sounding all rounder with no problems in a powerful performance
Disadvantages: no remote control
...The Arcam Alpha One Amplifier for is price (around £200) seems to work very well with anything that you might want to put with it. Although it power rating is only 35W it seems to handle dynamic swings in music movement as well as any amp in its class I have heard. In its ambience it seems to be a half way house between something like a warm sounding Rotel and a sharp sounding Yamaha. It versatile enough, in that it has five line inputs, a tape loop and a headphone socket. In general it’s a bit of an all rounder and I feel it performs very well in all departments. Baring the fact that it does not come with a remote control, its really a very safe bet and I have been very pleased with the Alpha One's performance. I do not think there is much better for the price....
