Review of Australian Bodycare Skinwash by
tatootart
Advantages: Clean and fresh
Disadvantages: None
...This is another brillant product from the Australian Bodycare range.
This is a antiseptic Skin wash which is balanced to keep the skin to its natural pH.
You may not know alot about this range but I have had my family wash with this at certain times and believe me it helps with all sorts of skin problems all over the body.
You apply with water making up to a lather and use as you would a normal soap. The tea tree smell is very pronounced and you will feel clean and fresh.
I will tell you a bit about this product .It is indigenous to Australia.Tea tree oil is produced only from the leaves of the Melaleuca alternifolis. Its antiseptic properties help to clean blocked pores, remove dirt and excess oils and kills bacteria.
I know it helps if you are a sporty person and are proun to sweating in those darker areas.
It comes in 250ml though you...

Get Fresh with a Tree
Review of Australian Bodycare Skinwash by
Coriander
Advantages: A skin wash for all over body care
Disadvantages: Too easy for all the family to pinch
...A Brief History of Tea Tree Oil
The oil is extracted from the leaves of the Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) indigenous to the North Eastern part of New South Wales, Australia. Aborigine Tribes first recognised the benefits over 200 years ago.
There are 110 different Tea Tree species but it is only the Melaleuca alternifolia that contains the accurate combination of components (100 to be precise in various concentrations) to create the natural antiseptic oil that is skin friendly.
The Oil is a natural fungicide, bactericide, antiseptic with anaesthetic qualities.
I have used this particular skin wash for over four years now and would not be without it.
The Company:
"Australian Bodycare" do not test on animals.
Their products are produced to specified Pharmaceutical controls and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Review of Australian Bodycare Ketsugo Gel by
gem686
Advantages: simple to use, fast results
Disadvantages: quite expensive
.... The product works by by getting the oil balance in your skin back to normal.
They recommend you use Australian Bodycare tea tree oil face wash with the product, I didn't I used Superdrugs tea tree oil products although the Australian Bodycare range is supposed to be very good. Also Australian Bodycare actually make this gel so that is probably why they recommend it!
I bought this gel in Superdrug, it was £9.95 for the bottle. As far as I know you can't buy this in Boots (even in the larger stores) but you can in some independent chemists, however I can get it in my local, very small Superdrug). Ketsugo gel is also available in a spry formula for the same price. I don't know if this works as well as the gel as I have never tried it.
Ingredients in the product are...
Aqua, Sodium PCA, Sodium Scymnol Sulfats, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Ursa...

"Mum I've got a coleslaw!!"
Review of Melavir Lip Gel by
claireydeacon
Advantages: Available without prescription, natural ingredients
Disadvantages: Can't find it anywhere but online
...When my son (now 8) started to get cold sores all round his lips last winter, we tried most of the products on the market to try and soothe them, but nothing seemed to work. That is until we were given half a tube of Melavir by a friend who had used it successfully on her young son.
A trek round all the local chemists, including Boots and Superdrug, to get another tube proved fruitless, so a trip online became necessary. Using the website address on the patient information leaflet (www.australian-bodycare.co.uk) proved more successful, and two tubes were promptly purchased at around £15 for the two tubes.
Melavir, like all Australian Bodycare products, use natural tea tree (or Melaleuca alternifolia to give it its Latin name) for it’s natural antiseptic qualities. This preparation has 4.5% Tea Tree and is specifically for lips...

Review of Australian Bodycare Ketsugo Gel by
tinkerbelly
Advantages: none for me
Disadvantages: didnt work
...I bought this product in the hope that I could clear my skin once and for all. I'm 23 years old and have 2 problem areas. My nose and chin. Theses areas are greasy and I ALWAYS have blackheads and little pimples, I honestly cannot remember the last time i had clear skin. I do not suffer from acne and very rarely have large spots, its just blackheads. I used to use a normal face wash, cleanser, toner and moisturiser with Benefit Dr Feelgood to mattify my greasy skin but i thought i'd try this instead for a more drastic result.
So, after reading the glowing reviews, I rushed off to boots and spent £10 on this gel. The price didn't bother me at all, I thought it was fairly reasonable for a gel that would last a long time. I also went online to buy the tea tree face wash from australian bodycare (purchased for about £5 on ebay...
