Bakers will drive you Completely barking
Review of Bakers Complete Dog [TV Advertisement] by

Advantages: Amusing and entertaing as well as informative
Disadvantages: none
...BAKERS COMPLETE DOG FOOD ADVERTS
--------------------------------------------------------------------
I have chosen to right a review on three of the Bakers Complete adverts that I feel are the most entertaining, and manage to put the product across in the most entertaining way.
The makers of Bakers complete had the idea for the Bakers Complete Spokes-Dog breed in 1994, when they first had the idea of advertising this way. The Idea being that they were not trying to promote a dog food for pampered dogs. That is why the Baker's dog is actually a shaggy longhaired crossbreed.
Bakers Complete is manufactured by Purina
Advert One
---------------
The ad starts with a game show set up. A narrator gives the commentary on the ad as we watch what is happening he says "Give your dog Bakers Complete, and if he doesn't love it, we'll give you...

Exciting Dry Food
Review of Bakers by
mandyco
Advantages: exciting for your dog, plus its keeps them healthy
Disadvantages: none
...I have two dogs, one is a Chihuahua called Cindy, and the other is a Chihuahua cross Pomeranian called Candy
I feed Cindy on Eukanuba (See opinion).
But although Candy is a lot smaller than Cindy is, she prefers a larger kibble, so I feed Candy on Bakers Complete.
Bakers complete contains all the ingredients your dog needs, to keep them healthy and in tiptop condition.
Bakers is a complete balanced food, which can be fed alone.
It contains six different ingredients, which include cereals, vegetables and tasty meaty chunks. Candy loves Bakers complete the reason why is that is seems more exciting than other dry food, it's not just a box of nuts. The food has six different nuts.
One nut is square this is the one that contains real meat, and this contains protein for strong muscles.
The second nut is clover shaped and is high...

bakers complete
Review of Bakers by
bigbenn5576
Advantages: looks good and is fairly cheap
Disadvantages: not nearly as good as it looks
...Bakers complete is the dry food with lots of various coloured biscuits in that looks really appealing to owners.
However, these brightly coloured biscuits only look like vegetables and are not a suitable substitute. They are made using a variety of colourings and additives which are not good for dogs.
My dog gets a very severe ear infection after one meal of this food as the level of additives is that high.
Also an expert on dog behaviour I spoke to said that 8 out of 10 dogs he saw with bad behaviour problems of various type were fed on bakers and of these almost all the problems were as a result of diet.
I would never ever feed this to my dog again as the problems it causes are just not worth feeding it instead of the higher quality kibble she eats now.
I would say feeding this food to your dog is the equivalent of feeding your...

The Cruncher
Review of Bakers Crunchers by
daylehall
Advantages: Dogs love them, nice size treat, good value for money, re-sealable bag
Disadvantages: None
...Seeing as I seem to have gone a little mad doing lots of reviews on dog treats, I thought I would continue the theme and do anther review on my dog’s favourite treats! Here I will be reviewing Baker’s Crunchers.
About Bakers
Purina Petcare are actually the company that are responsible for producing the Bakers range. Bakers are one of the leading names in dog food - they produce puppy food as well as a complete food for adult dogs and they even do a special low fat food for dogs that need to loose a few pounds. Bakers also produce a specially designed food for dogs with sensitive stomachs which is called Baker’s Sensitive and a food for older dogs called Baker’s Senior.
As well as producing a large selection of complete food for different types and ages of dogs, they also produce a rather impressive range of treats which are very...

Good for a fussy feeder
Review of Bakers by
arabesque
Advantages: tasty and convenient
Disadvantages: could be cheaper
...My Rough Collie, Delilah, is a very fussy eater. I decided to try her on Bakers complete dry food because I had heard it was a very healthy diet and good for digestion.
Bakers certainly looks more appetizing than many dry dog foods. It is made up of 6 different nuggets, including meaty chunks and bone-shaped biscuits, which contain all the essential vitamins and minerals that a dog needs. It can be served just as it is, or water or gravy can be added to make it softer if your dog prefers this. It is certainly more convenient than serving canned food and mixer.
Although Bakers is more expensive than some brands of dog food, I found it to be quite economical. Dogs need less of it than with other brands, as it is so concentrated. You must always remember to leave plenty of fresh water down, though, as they will need to drink much more than...

Wow, a cheap, good dog food!
Review of Chappie Complete Dry Dog Food by
RoseannaFloyd
Advantages: Cheap, Hypo Allergenic, very good for your dog
Disadvantages: Don't sell dry food in Tescos!
...I had to write this review as I am sick of people buying Tesco value dog food or Pedigree Chum. Chappie is brilliant and cheap! It is £12 for a 15 kg sack and the tins are only 99p for the huge tins from the Supermarket. Unfortunately the supermarket I go to doesn't sell the huge bags of dry food so I have to go to the pet shop, but it is so cheap!
I have a German Shepherd cross and he has a very sensitive stomach. I was feeding him Bakers Complete or Tesco value dog food until the vet told me off! He used to be so hypo as well because of the protein levels in the Bakers. The vet recommended Chappie to me. I can't believe they didn't recommend Science Hill like they normally do, but instead they let me into a little secret about Chappie. It's just as good as James Wellbeloved (believe me on this one) but its nearly 4 times as cheap!
So...

Baker's Complete?
Review of Who on Earth is Tom Baker? - Tom Baker by
Soho_Black
Advantages: At last, someone famous who doesn't find themselves brilliant
Disadvantages: Rather stiff and formal in tone
...for entertaining people, although he was to spend some time in a rather unhappy marriage being bullied by his mother-in-law, which resulted in two children and a suicide attempt.
From here, the Tom Baker that we know as an actor began. He followed a long and particularly undistinguished career that proved to be nothing of a success, apart from the odd triumph, until he landed the role of Doctor Who. This was the be a brief shining period in the darkness of Baker's life and life after "Doctor Who" would prove to be no more of a success story than life before.
Unusually for an autobiography, this is not a story of success after success and a chance for the author to boast about how well things have gone and how good they are. If anything, Baker seems to revel in his lack of success, being completely open about his shortcomings and not giving much room...

Smelly gland problem cured
Review of Bakers Complete Dog [TV Advertisement] by
justmark
Advantages: Colourfull and varied shapes, filling, healthy
Disadvantages: difficult to find larger bags
...her glands.
Them vet said that the less complicated the food is the better. I then tried them on Pedigree Chum Complete food (this is before Pedigree changed the recipe) Buddy developed crystals in his bladder that blocked his urethra and prevented him from emptying his bladder. A course of tablets and he was as right as rain but I was told this was caused by too high a concentration of uric acid because his diet had to much protein for him. So we had to change his diet again.
After three years of living with Buddy I became to ill to look after him as he should have and was forced to re-home him. That left me with little Ebony who still had occasional gland problems.
Three weeks ago she started with re-occurring gland trouble again and so I switched her to Bakers Sensitive Complete dog food. What a difference. She has not had any problems...

Bakers...Dogs Best Friend
Review of Bakers by
blondgem
Advantages: Full of Vitamins and Nutrients your dog require
Disadvantages: None at all
...I first tried my dog on Bakers Complete around four years ago and it has made my dog extremely happy and give him the ability to have a slightly normal life.
Sandy was a resuce dog who was a cruelty case at the local dogs home and i rescued him when he was 6 months old. Not realising he was ill at the time, he was diagnosed with a chronic pancreatic insufficiency by the vet which means he is unable to digest his food properly. This condition is something common in German Shepherds and i was told that sometimes there is a possibility that it can rectify itself or they may have to live with it for the remainder of their life.
He was put on a diet of dried food and always has to have enzymes on his food which helps him digest it a little more and it does work. The food the vets supplied me with cost around £25 per week plus his tablets...

Gorgeous long lasting fragrance.
Review of Ted Baker W Eau De Toilette by
just.bcoz
Advantages: great smell, lasts a long time, great price and value for money
Disadvantages: strange name
....
-------------------
BATH BOMBS
-------------------
With this gift et you also get a madium sized pink cardboard box which has 10 bath bombs inside. The bath bombs are a light blue colour and are flat disc shapes which are wrapped seperately in clear plastic celophane. The plastic celophane has Ted Baker W written on it in black lettering.
The bath bombs are used in a similar way to bubble bath, you just drop one of theese in your bath when you are running it, and it will break up and dissolve in the water.
I thought that the bath bombs would have s,elled similar to the perfume and shower gel, but they don't. They have a completely different fragrance which smells so much like johnsons baby powder.
