Advantages: good read and competitions

...Take a break is not just a womans magazine. Just take a look on the winners page and see all the men that have entered and won competitions and why not. I buy it weekly. It is 66p every Thursday and has many interesting articles from true stories, fashion and health specials. The main reason though that many buy it is for the puzzles and competitions. Most week there is a car to be won, money holidays and other prizes. I am sure this household is not a lot different from a lot of others where my husband will pick Take a Break up and ask if I want him to do a few of the crosswords for me. With take a break you cannot telephone the answers in. You must send in the entry form at the back of the magazine. Advantages: Sometimes its for the best
Disadvantages: Puts you in a emotion rollercoaster

...The angers and pains of life are many, and this sadly is one of the hardest to deal with. When people break up they are depressed, angry, and do silly things like drink till their half dead. And for what I ask? If it really was true love you had with your partner would you really have broken up? Its a sign to move on. Luckily I've never had to deal with a emotional and difficult break up as I've never felt truly in love with someone. However I can appreciate others feelings. Why do people break up? Lets see why people actually break up in the first place. The main root of the problem, breaking up can be due to a whole variety of factors. ...My kids were given this game by their Aunt, to whom I would like to say a huge thankyou, and ask if she wants to supply the hundreds of elastic bands that they keep breaking and asking for replacements! They love it, it keeps them quiet for hours, when they can stop arguing about who is going to set up the next piece. However, the fact that they continuously break the elastic band, lose the marble and leave lots of tiny pieces laying around, drives me crazy!!! Not sure how long this game is going to last in our house to be perfectly honest.... Read review

Advantages: Low fat, takes away food cravings, very delicious,
Disadvantages: The yoghurt melts if you hold the biscuit in your hand for a long time.

...McVities make different types of yoghurt breaks there are Tropical Fruit, Strawberry, Apple, Forest fruits etc. However I prefer Tropical fruit and Strawberry Yoghurt breaks. The tropical fruit is made up of a crunchy but soft biscuit which has some pineapples, sultanas etc between it and on top of the whole biscuit is a layer of yoghurt. These are the most delicious biscuits I have ever eaten I can't even explain the taste to you, so you really have to try them out. I mainly buy a pack of six Tropical Fruit flavour and yes I mainly finish them in one day. How did I find out about these Yoghurt breaks? Well this might be a shock to you but I knew them at Easter (year 2007) which is not far off at all. But, you've got to be in it to win it, and some day my luck might just be in! At a price of just 74p, it comes out every Thursday. Not only does it cover health issues, diets, pet stories, cookery, horoscopes, fashion and many other issues. But every week there are competitions to enter to win fantastic prizes from luxury holidays, money, clothes, and many other prizes up for grabs. Every Christmas there is a bumper issue with more competitions, although it does cost more, but the content in this magazine is well worth... Read review
