IllictlyEatingFlowers
Advantages: If you ever meet a celeb, now you know what to say
Disadvantages: Another Illicitly Eating Flowers Tie-In
...One thing people continually ask me is for some advice on how to woo the woman of their dreams. Well, the answer is easy - a cheesy one-liner in a nightclub, followed by alcohol and sex, then some flowers the next day. Never fails. Celebrities will only have sex with you if you manage to push the right button regarding something they have done during their career. Luckily for you guys, I've listed 60 women that could be seen as highly attractive, and the best line to use for each one. With this information at your fingertips, there is almost no way you can fail.
60: Alanis Morissette (singer)
"You know what's ironic? The way you hate men gets me so hot I'd like to put one hand in your pocket, and the other… you get the idea"
-- Don't mention the fact that her song is not actually ironic, but instead imply that you think...

c2c: Better or Worse than the old LTS?
Review of C2c Rail by
luckyduke
Advantages: Reliable, comfortable
Disadvantages: Pricey
...OK first of all I will be honest in saying I work for c2c and I wish I would of wrote this review sooner as my opinion has not been altered and I'm not in any way biased and will be upfront about things. I do hope no one thinks I'm saying it for the sake I work for it but this is just an honest opinion of it, and yes, there are still plenty of disadvantages.
The first thing about c2c is they are reliable. We've been told that the company has topped the reliablity league for some time now and over 90% of trains are on time. I obviously use them to travel to work and I honestly can say I have only been delayed once by c2c which I think is reasonable. The trouble with c2c is when something delays then, it's usually problems with the overhead lines which can cause huge delays. From an outsider point of view and insider, I can see...

C3 - Flawed Genius & Floored Accelerator Pedals
Review of Citroen C3 by
BNibbles
Advantages: Long distance ride comfort
Disadvantages: Not so hot on corners, flimsy interior build
...apologists for fast cars mean when they rabbit on about ‘enough power to accelerate out of trouble’.
Where the C3 really scores is in the field of ride comfort. I’ve already touched on the comparatively low interior noise level, and to continue the illusion that you’re driving something much more swish, the car rides in straight lines beautifully. Given my reservations of its ability when loaded and with the ‘aircon’ running, it makes an excellent motorway cruiser (in Britain in winter perhaps!).
I can’t be too specific about fuel consumption, after all, who checks this with a holiday hire car? However, I feel that we’ve achieved at least the equivalent of 40+ to the gallon, even with the ‘life support’ systems fully running. Incidentally, the number four setting on the blower fan is deafening and can lead the driver into distraction...

How Long is the Line of Control?
Review of Loc Kargil (Line Of Control) DVD by
anonymili
Advantages: Huge lineup of big Bollywood names
Disadvantages: REALLY long film!
....co.uk) for about £5 and I spotted it on a site called sazuma.com for 35 Euros which seems rather expensive. You could probably also find a used copy on eBay.
OVERALL
I can honestly rate the film as average (6 out of 10) as the all star cast made it easier to watch for me as I'm not a fan of this genre. Also the acting of all major players was pretty good, although I didn't feel any one actor had the chance to really stand out or shine. Had the film been 90 minutes or so shorter in length I might have said it was better. Personally no war film for me could ever be rated as excellent as I just don't agree with war...
NB: You can read more about the "line of control" at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lineofcontrol for factual information about the war and problems between the two countries.
The film is also referred to as L.O.C...

Focus C-MAX the best compact MPV on the market!!!
Review of Ford Focus C-MAX Zetec 1.6i 16V TDCi SIII by
170driver
Advantages: Amazing car with superb handling and very comfortable and practical
Disadvantages: The 1.6 TDCI isn't quite a performer and the economy is poor for a diesel!!
...Test Model
Ford Focus C-MAX 1.6 TDCI (109) Zetec
Reg no: BF55 LLZ
UK model RHD
Mileage 6800
Printed 0-60: 11.3
Printed max speed: 115 mph
Following on from the success of their class leading small family hatchback, Ford decided to have a dabble in the compact MPV market using the Focus as a test bed. The new Focus C-Max was released in 2003 and was a preview of how the Focus hatchback replacement was heading to look.
The C-Max itself is a handsome car for a bulky MPV and to be honest since their release I have been rather fond of them. The styling bought the car in line with the forever being revised Mondeo and also hinted on what Ford had in mind for the new Focus. With a new model came new engines, shunning away with Fords old 1.8 diesel engine Ford opted for the use of the PSAs 1.6 and 2.0 diesel units (the 2...

Citroen C5 Estate
Review of Citroen C5 2.0 Estate by
Thamisgith
Advantages: Big enough for the family and their luggage
Disadvantages: Typical French gear change
...This year my company increased the size of the list of cars which we are allowed to choose from. In addition to the usual Fords and Vauxhalls, we were able to get Peugeots, VW’s and Citroens. I decided to go for the Citroen C5, 2.0 SX estate as I do like a decent sized car with enough load space to get all the kids toys, bikes etc. in. I’ve had it for about 12 weeks now and have covered just over 1500 miles so I think I can make a reasonable assessment of it.
OVERALL LOOK OF THE CAR
It is very streamlined and looks good in the silver colour I opted for. It has aluminium roof bars which are, for the silver version, as near as makes no odds to being body coloured. Most people comment on how large it is when they first see it (stop it) but at 4756 mm long it is an inch shorter than the equivalent Mondeo estate. It also gives...
