...Cacharel Eau De Eden Eau De Toilette Spray was created by Jean Guichard in 1996. It was launched the same year. Eau de Eden is a lighter version of Eden, that was launched two years after the original scent. I liked Eden a tad more than this. I like the light flowery scent. But its too light i guess to stay on long like lou lou or anais anais which are also cacharel scents. It has the usual Cacharel flowery box but the bottle looks too plain for me. I have a wide array of perfumes so i tend to use a diffrent one every day. I noticed that the liquid inside the bottle turned darker in color after a year. I threw the box and I am not sure if i saw any manufacturing date on it. It could have been an old stock at the shop i that i bought it from. Advantages: Scent last for long time, beautiful smell

...Eden by Cacharel is a perfect gift and a perfect perfume. The box is beautiful but the bottle is fairly plain, but that doesn't really matter. The perfume is a strong flowery smell and is especially suitable for evenings out. I have found the perfume for £9.99 in Boots, Debenhams and Superdrug. Elsewhere, you will probably have to pay around £16.99 for the 30ml bottle so bear these shops in mind. I don't think it's as suitable for young people- e.g. teens/early twenties because it is rather strong and this seems to be why a minority of people dislike it. I find that the scent is strong for a short while and then gradually fades, but only slightly because the actual smell lasts a very long time. Only one spray is needed to keep the smell there almost all day! I only get one 30ml bottle every 6 months so it's just £20 a year... Read review

Advantages: beautiful smell

...for fairly cheap prices, including Eden for a tenner. I'd always wondered what it smelled like so I reached for the tester and sprayed it and . . . oh my god, the familiar smell invaded my senses. Esos had come back to me! Obviously, it quickly became clear that Esos must have been a copy of Eden, but I couldn't believe my good fortune at finding it once more. I immediately bought a bottle and we have rarely parted ways since (except for when I return to my Deci Dela for a change!) ...on these little paper sticks and then I make my decision, well I only had 30 minutes before I reached Calais so the assistent suggested a few and one of them was, 'Cacharel Eau De Eden',. ---The Scent--- Well, as first I was like, 'Ohhh this is tooo strong', maybe because I sniffed it too quickly and didn't let it settle, but after a bit it started to smell real nice. I'll do my best to describe the scent to you, its kinda flowery, fruity and after it has settled a bit, you can smell a bit of muskiness, it's also very fresh and smells slightly like cucumbers, thats probably why it smells fresh! The perfume is an Eau De Toilette, so it is watered down. --The Price-- As I bought the perfume from Duty Free, it is a little cheaper then if you was to buy it in a shop. For a 30ml size bottle it cost about £12.95 and it retails about £15... Read review

...A light and lingering scent that is not too strong, which was bought for me as a gift.... Anais Anais was created by Cacharel in 1978 and is suitable for wearing in the daytime. This light feminine scent possesses a blend of cedar, leather, and blooming fresh cut flowers. Accompanied by white floral notes of gardenia, jasmine, and lily of the valley. The bottle is decorative and flowerly that looks rather chic.. and simple.. i didnt really like the pump of the spray though when you swirt it not much comes out .. i find they should have changed that. It costs approx around 20.00 POUNDS for the smaller sized 30ml Eau de Toilette bottle or approx 28.00 POUNDS for the 50ml bottle. ..."EDEN" The forerunner to Eau de Eden was first brought to my attention in a local Dept. store. Having worn the same Cacherel scent for years, the idea of change was far from my mind. However, one sniff and I was hooked!!! It is slightly heavier than other perfumes by the same company, but it has the most sensuous scent which lingers. My partner adores it and says that it was one of the first memories he has of me and that the scent of EDEN drives him mad. So any of you girls out there want a seductive, lingering fragrance then I can only recommend EDEN.... Read review
