Advantages: Gives comfortable sitting and better posture
Disadvantages: Feels cold on bare feet!

...is closest to the edge of the footrest and then pull the rest up to make the angle steeper or push it down to reduce the angle. All the edges of the foot rest are curved so if you want to use it barefoot like I do then you don't have to worry about catching your foot on sharp corners. All you have to worry about is not smelling the office out with skinky feet. It's also non slip and it won't move once you have placed it under your desk as it has rubber pads on the bottom which keep it in place. By using this foot rest you are helping yourself to have a better posture and to improve the circulation in your legs whilst sitting down. Although it's sold to be used when sitting at a computer desk, there is no reason why you can't use it when watching television or reading a book. ...I went to my local pc world as I wanted a laptop for my University work. I had already researched on the net about which laptops would be best and within my budget. I decided to go to pc world as they were offering the cheapest advent laptop. I waited for 30 minutes for some constructive help from a member of staff. There was a computer in the corner of the store which someone kept looking at and setting off the alarm. Aside from the staff not being able to turn the anti-shoplift alarm off for the duration of my wait at the shop, I had to go through 3 members of staff before I could find someone who could actually speak about laptops. Advantages: cheap and good quality prints every time

...I bought this canon i250 bubblejet printer a quite a while ago now but still it produces top quality prints that you would expect from a canon printer of this price. being very small and very very cheap at a price of £40 i have found now this printer is an absolute bargain. The white casing does not look cheap and would not ruin the look of a smart office. This size is a real advantage with it being rather small it easily fits in the corner of my desk and not shoved under the desk being kicked and damaged. This is also a bad point as it is small, there is no document catcher and this can be a real pain as documents get scruntched up and wrekcked if you are not careful. This printer is capable of printing about 12 prints per minute(black and white) and around 9 prints(colour), this is quite a good rate and although is not the highest... Read review

Advantages: good bass, looks amazingly cool, almost an art piece

...This system sits in my room and is connected to my laptop, the tweeters are decieving, look tiny, yet when they get going they are loud and there is little distortion! The bass is impressive and clean, this is shown especially when playing games or movies with explosions! The overall design, which can be seen in the pictures of it are ultra cool, sleek and stylish. These speakers are not for putting in the corner or under a desk, they should be a centre piece of any room! The volume controls will make any technology lover happy as they are touch control. In my experience, the main problem was that when i bought this it was an impulse buy and when i looked at my account the next day i realised that they were expensive. ...Have had this printer for a little while now, and I think its brilliant value for money. I have seen this printer for sale as low as £33 on some websites, at this price its a great buy. Firstly, my experience of the print quality is excellent, it prints images/texts fairly quickly, and colours are bright and vivid. Printing can also be carried out on a range of different paper types, I was particularly pleased with the quality onto matte paper. I have printed photos, word documents, leaflets and all come out perfectly. The functionality is basic so everyday PC users will have no problem working out how to use this printer while still being able to produce some brilliant printouts. Advantages: great value for 6 speaker system, loads of cables, remote control, quality design
Disadvantages: Only 5 watts per channel, so a little weak if used in a big room

...as the amplifier for the other speakers. However, one great advantage of this speaker set is the ease of setting up. Each of the three front speakers (centre, front left and front right) come with 3m of speaker cable to attach to the subwoofer, thus allowing placement at quite a distance from each other. The rear two speakers come with 5m of cabling, which is generous. The advantage is, of course, you can spread the speakers around the room, forming a square with the front left and right, and rear left and right, thus allowing more spacious sound. The disadvantage is that most people will sit at their computer desks, and need the speakers quite close to them, thus leaving you with masses of unwanted cabling under the desk! Given that the speakers are only tiny and generate only 5watts per channel, there is little point in spreading the speakers too far... Read review

...at the desk in the corner of the front room, workman like and not very comfortable. Now however with the more fluid approach of the wireless set up it's a nice comfortable arm chair, feet on the foot stool and sprawled out in a much more casual fashion. The signal has a distance of about 2 meters but obviously the working distance is really governed by your eyesight, after all the computer may pick up the signal with you perched on top of the wardrobe in the spare bedroom, but obviously you cant see the screen from there. What it does give you is a relaxed approach towards using the PC, if you want to lie on the sofa to surf the net; this is the kit for you.
