So Little Cook Small tootles off on his "magic" spoon (i guess its a broomstick for chefs???) to get the missing ingredient! ...Delia Smith 'How to cook' book one is the very special book on my cookery books shelf. It stands out because not only it contains great recipies, but also actually teaches you how to cook, starting from the simple things and also explaining complicated. It is really great to have an omelette, fried eggs and so on- 'boring , usual stuff'- the restaurant quality, and on your table within a few minutes! I rediscovered lots of simple dishes for myself. Cooked properly, they are so much tastier and look terrific as well! Bread and pastry making is described so down to earth, you really understand it is easy to make, and is so much rewarding - if you follow the recipes, the quality will be so much better than anything you can find at your local bakers. ...This book, quite simply, is everything the complete beginner or experienced cook will need. Apart from recipes galore, it has hundreds of guidelines for cooking different meats, vegetables, sauces, etc, showing you how and why certain recipes work, not just giving you the method. If I could have just one cookery book in the whole wide world of cookery books, this would be the one. I've used different versions of it for 13 years with gas and electric cookers, and it has never once let me down. This latest version with comprehensive photographs is even better than the last edition, as it shows you how the finished product is meant to look. ...I bought this game for my 4 years old.He loves it. At the beginning was difficult, but now he knows how to play. Basically you have a cooking book with recipes for all over the world.
