...I am a keen fan of the Body Shop mainly because they are animal and environmentally friendly. This goes a long way in my book. Not only this though, their products are excellent too. Not too costly and not sat all pretentious. The bubble bath I am writing about is my favourite. I love strawberries, the scent the taste (not that I've tried tasting the bath bubbles), this product has the perfect strawberry aroma and while relaxing in its rich suds you can almost picture yourself on a sunny afternoon lying amid a strawberry field. It is a very relaxing bubble bath for this very reason, it helps you to relax. It is not expensive either.... Read review

...Café Face is located in the heart of Selly Oak, right near the University Of Birmingham. It is by no means a large establishment, but is friendly and homely enough to make you want to go there again and again. A great place to relax with some friends, the café offers some wonderful food at excellent prices - I would recommend their full breakfasts any day! Hospitality is top priority, and the staff or friendly and helpful, and pretty sociable too. The drinks are well made, with everything nicely prepared and presented, and there is even some music to carry your relaxed attitude even further. This is a great local place to drop in to.... ...I always choose British Airways when flying internally, the reasons why are simple. BA terminals are easy to navigate and provide excellent customer support. Parking is easy and checking in electronically is simple and effective. I like the feeling I get when relaxing preflight in their lounges and Their frequent fliers scheme is affiliated with airmiles so you can really boost your collection. On the plane, the food is always respectable and the staff are relaxed and very helpful. Some of the older planes are a little uncomfortable but the new planes are wonderfully comfy to fly in. ...Well done Radox. This is an excellent herbal bath remedy designed to help with stuffy or blocked up noses. Using the tried and trusted scents of Menthol and Eucalyptus this is one bath time addition I swear by. The scent is subtle and not at all over powering and reminds me very much of the smell of a Turkish Steam Room. It is easy to relax and soak away your worries as you let the aroma consume your senses. This bathtime addition left me feeling warm and relaxed and with a clear head. ...it while washing than other shower crème products I had previously used. (Although this maybe due to the skin conditioners present within the product) When I had left the shower I was pleasantly surprised to find that the lovely scent of the product was still very strong on my skin and that it had left my skin feeling very smooth and soft to the touch. So is it relaxing? - I do believe that this product does have some sort of aromatherapy type property within it, I maybe gullible but for me when I have a shower with this it makes me feel very relaxed and feeling refreshed and smelling nice at the same time. The Price of this product was £1.35 from Wilkinsons and at the moment there is 100% extra free within their shower cream range, so double the cream but not double your money, which I think is excellent... ...What a pianist and what a voice! I have had this CD for about twelve hours and have listened to it about 4 times already. The music transports you from your living room (or wherever you listen to it!) to a classy easy jazz club, complete with a sense of sublime relaxation. Krall is an extremely talented artist and seems to be right on top of this smooth jazz genre. These covers breathe new life into some excellent songs. The arrangements are superb and Krall's musicianship shines through every note. An excellent CD that I defy anyone to dislike!!... Read review

...One of the best alternative shopping experiences in Liverpool is the Palace. The Palace can be found on Slater Street which is a small road just off Bold Street. The Palace consists of 3 floors containing a mixture of various shops selling things from clothes, recordsa, video games, drug paraphenaelia and many other unusual things. It is very popular with young people and teenagers but is frequented by all ages. On the third floor, there is a lovely bar called the 'Baa Bar' where you can sit and enjoy the excellent food or just relax over a drink. There is also an excellent Piercing Studio on the third floor that does every piercing imaginable!... Read review

...THis is one of the first morse books and it is every bit as good as the others tightly plotted and full of surprises. This time a one time (nearly) lady friend of Morse commits suicide, why? Her neighbour is killed and one of Morse's friends son gouges his eye out. What is hapening are they connected? Morse again with the help of Lewis seeks to find out. I will not say more. The way dexter brings characters to life is excellent and the support cast are well examined. Builds up to the normal shock at the end which you would never guess. As with all of these books it is well written and absorbing, very relaxing to read.... Read review

...When I visit Ottakers in Douglas, Isle of Man I love it. As soon as I am there I relax as the atmosphere is really good. They have an excellent range of books and carry a large range of stock. If you want some time to yourself this is the place to be. There is an excellent seletion of comfortable seats so if your find some books you like you can view them in your own time, read some newspapers inbetween if you like. Take the kids and set them up on the rocking horse. What an excellent place to be. I love the idea that you can drink green tea while you brose through the yin & yan range of books. Totally recommend this book shop not only for their excellent books but a place to be with your spare time. Syle through and through.... Read review

Advantages: Nice easy going film.
Disadvantages: Nothing awe inspiring

...I love romantic comedies, easy going and relaxing to watch, perfect wind down escapism. So how does this film fit in, well, the story line is nasty corporate book shop owner (Tom Hanks) has an e-mail relationship with small independent children book shop owner (Meg Ryan). They get on brilliantly in cyber space. But Tom Hanks opens a store near Meg's and disaster ensues, she hates him. Or does she really. That is the basic plot and it works quite well. Both actors play to charachter and Tom Hanks is as usual excellent, but this film is not a classic, but neither is it terribly poor, just a nice relaxing film. Not one that will live long in the memory but one which is just pleasant to watch. I will not spoil the ending, but any romantic comedy fans will like this film.... Read review
