peeboo
Review of Fisher Price Peek & Squeak Bunny by  kibs

Advantages: Great for peek-a-boo, especially when you've been at it for ages
Disadvantages: Not washable

...I got the peek and squeak bunny as part as a bundle deal in Argos, and payed about twenty quid for three separate toys. The idea of this particular toy is that a brightly coloured bunny gets crammed into its own special box, and the lid closed. The bunny springs out with a squeak when the box is opened, hence its name, peek and squeak. The actual cramming and squeaking is a bit fiddly, and does take practice to master, as the bunny doesnt always pop up, or, squeak. The bunny itself is about 6 in long. It has big floppy ears that are pink on the interior, and white with black spots on the exterior. It has a friendly smile on a yellow face. It has two soft yellow paws. The body comprises of two shades of orange, one light and one darker, that form stripes down his body. Finally, he has two yellow, felt feet. On his back, he has... Read review

Fisher Price Peek-A-Blocks Brilliant and important
Review of Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks Sensory Blocks by  Emma71273

Advantages: Colourful, educational and adaptable
Disadvantages: None

...Whichever peek-a-blocks set you buy you will find that they offer more than the average stacking brick. It is an essential part of every childs development that they learn to stack bricks on top of each other and while they are doing that why not keep them interested with see through bricks with different insides. This was not my prefered set and we did buy every set on the market and now have a box of 60+ bricks. They are hard wearing with textured surfaces and recognisable subjects inside. Some of the bricks have movable objects inside and both my children of which I have a girl and a boy have played and played with them. My son who is 3 and a half likes to see whats inside them all and sort them in to groups of vehicles and food and animals and my daughter who is 18 months loves to stack and shake them. I see these blocks... Read review

Fisher Price Peek a Blocks Train
Review of Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks Press N Go Train by  snaketracer

Advantages: It goes along on its own, plays music, lots of fun for your little one.
Disadvantages: None

...I bought this train for my little girl, its great, it comes with peek a blocks which have different sensations (sight, sound, touch etc.) Some of the blocks spin around when they are attached to the train, one section pushes the block up and down, the back part slides the block to and fro. You can fit 5 blocks onto the train in one go. It goes along on its own and plays 2 different tunes, has lights + lots of movement! My daughter has had this toy for over a year now and she never seems to get bored of it which is amazing! When her friends come round to play its normally the first toy they go for. Suitable for boys or girls. You can buy new blocks to add to your collection, there are so many different ones to choose from. A great buy, you will not be dissappointed!... Read review

Peek-A-Block Fun
Review of Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks Sensory Blocks by  newby2

Advantages: everything, Cheap, hard wearing and fun
Disadvantages: none

...Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks are all fantastic and there are so many ways that they can be used for learning or play. There are many different ways to get hold of these Peek-a-Blocks, you can buy them on there own in a packet of six or they can be bought with various toys sold by Fisher Price. I have just seemed to accumulate them over a very short period and I think they are multiplying before my eyes as I am finding them all over the place. What you are getting when you come across a Peek-a-Block is one of several things. There are Peek-a-blocks with all sorts of different things inside them or there are the touch sensation ones where there are different shapes and textures coming out of the block for small fingers to explore and feel. There are some that rattle, some that jingle and some... Read review

Choo Choo!
Review of Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks - Press & Go Train by  newby2

Advantages: A great toy
Disadvantages: none

...Fisher Price Press and Go Train This was one of the larger toys that my partner and myself bought for Jack this gone year, his first Christmas. Every boy needs to have a train set and this one looked fantastic and was helped by the fact that Woolworth's, where we bought it, had it at a reduced price for £19.99p. I have seen it go back up to £25 since Christmas but at other places such as Amazon you are able to get it at the cheaper price all the time. To look at the Press and Go Train you will see that it comes in two parts the front part that has the steam engine attached and then the second part that can be added on or taken away, just like a real carriage of a train. The first part of the train with the engine on has two different sections where you can place on the Peek-a-blocks. These are small plastic cubes... Read review

Peek A Boo - great but floored
Review of Fisher Price Peek a Boo Piano by  PhiilipR

Advantages: Great Product, Really Good Fun, My Kids Love The Talking Bird
Disadvantages: Can be dangerous if used as a step when tied to cot

...have now removed them from their cots. Our twins have just gone 1 years old and loved playing with the peek a boo piano, that is, until 2 nights ago when our daughter (who still can not walk only shuffle her way around the floor) pulled her self up using the cots railings. She then used the piano as a step and then fell over the side of the cot landing on her head with an almighty crash. Luckly she was still alive and had now broken bones but her head had a huge bump on it and the side of her face was massivly puffed up. Just make sure that if you use it, put it on a side against a wall. My daughter's cot was not against a wall so I could not do it. It could have killed her. It should say in BIG and BOLD writing in the instructions and on the box not to use it with children that can stand. The only mention of this danger that I can see... Read review

Peek A Boo....
Review of Fisher Price Peek a Boo Piano by  eeyore220376

Advantages: Helps child to sleep. Nice Tunes
Disadvantages: You may not use this for more than 6 months.

...This is a nice item for a young baby, probably a 6 month old. We bought one of these for my son when he moved from his moses basket, into the cot. The device is basically a small interactive keyboard. The peek a boo piano can be tied to the cot, via the two strings that are attached to the back of it. The strings were good enough for us to safely attach it to the cotbed. A knob on the right will switch the product off, or to 2 different volume levels. On the back of the piano a switch can be found that will put the item into one of three modes; music player, music that plays and stops until the child presses a key (kicks it) and finally a free play mode, where each key will play a different note of a scale. As the music plays, the bird flaps it\'s wings and talks to the child. Music found on the piano are songs such as This Old... Read review

Playing The Piano So Young These Days...
Review of Fisher Price Peek a Boo Piano by  newby2

Advantages: fun
Disadvantages: none

...Fisher Price Miracles & Milestone - Peek a Boo Piano Even though Jack is now only approaching his tenth week of life I seem to already have a whole room full of toys for him. To be honest I am a big kid at heart and just can't wait to play with him properly and for his to really appreciate my love of his toys!!! Not only have I sent a lot of money on toys we have had quite a few things bought for us from my parent and my other half's parents. This Peek a Boo Piano from Fisher Price is one of the few toys that Jack can really appreciate now and plays with on a regular basis. It was one that my partners mum bought for Jack so I am not too sure how much was actually paid for it but after look up on Amazon how much they retail for I found out that the RRP is £24.99p a price that I think is well worth it. What you get... Read review

Who Wants To Ride On An Elephant????
Review of Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks Poppity Pop Elephant by  bazzaoleary77

Advantages: Great Fun
Disadvantages: Not Very educational and Expensive For What it Is

...If you have been reading my latest review you will notice that I have been reviewing all my babies toys a lot of which are Fisher price as I find they supply the safest and most educational of toys. This review I will be telling you about probably one of the most fun toys I have ever bought for them and that is the Peek a Blocks Poppity Pop Elephant which I bought about 2 years ago now. The Peek A Blocks for anyone who doesn't know are a series of blocks that are see through and have a number of different figures inside from Circus themes to dinner time themes the ones with the Elephant are Circus themed and have Monkeys and elephants doing tricks inside for example the monkey when the block is turned will flip over on a trapeze. When my son opened the Elephant he was fascinated and after about 20 minutes trying to get it out... Read review

Are You Pulling My Trunk?
Review of Fisher Price Peek-a-Blocks Poppity Pop Elephant by  newby2

Advantages: Is Fun
Disadvantages: Not worth the price

...Fisher Price Peek A Blocks Poppity Pop Elephant………… The toy was another hand me down from a friend of mine to Jack. Her two kids both loved it and now Jack is exactly the same. The Poppity Pop Elephant is from the Peek a Block Range of Fisher Price toys and to buy new would cost you around £20 and comes with five different Peek a Blocks. The elephant play mode is pretty basic and the toy comes with a piece of strong attached so it can be pulled along. There is a section on the elephants back where a peek a block can be placed and when the toy is pulled along by the strong it then sends this block bouncing up in the air and then back down again. The is a second section to the toy where you can post the peek a blocks through a hole in the elephants head and they then fall out of where his trunk is. The blocks can be stopped... Read review
