Conclusion The perfume, although alluring, is quite average, its composition is single-faceted so it can easily become overpowering. EDT 25 ml: £ 26,75 EDT 50 ml: £ 38,00 EDT 100ml: £ 52,00 The difference in price depends on the level of perfume-oils concentration: perfume (30%); eau de perfume (15%); eau de toilette (8%); cologne (5%); and cologne splash (3%). As far as I know Ysatis can only be bought in eau de toilette and not in eau de parfum or parfum. I assume that is because the scent is very rich, so the eau de toilette would suffice. ...rising; the base note of vetiver. In my opinion, I would say this fragrance would be suited to a more mature man, being more of a cologne style scent. The Eau Sauvage lasts well on the skin all day, it would need to be reapplied in the evening, as the scent will be starting to die down then. .... It is a very uplifting fragrance, awakening, fresh, not unlike a cologne. It's staying power is quite good, and lasts well. ...but exotic and subtle unisex cologne blended to perfection. Price / Where to buy In retail, this Eau de Toilette is particularly dear, in department stores the 50ml spray costs in the region of £50 - £60. I didn't see the 100ml variety in shops, the only reason of this I imagine would be not to send customers seeing the price tag run for the door. On Ebay or online discount fragrace stores a 100ml bottle sells for £30 - £37. For about £45 you could be the proud owner of the massive 200ml Eau de Toilette edition. ...I am a fan of givenchy and like to try alot of their products, and this particular fragrance, I liked more when I first bought it. The fragrance is quite strong, could be overbearing for some. It is a floral scent, with top notes of: mandarin, galbanum, rosewood and coconut. Middle notes: tuberose, jasmine, narcissus and carnation. Base notes; Patchouli, sandal castoreum and ciyst. A small amount is neede for application, and it lasts up to a couple of hours, no more. It is a floral scent with rose being the predominant smell, it is quite a busy fragrance and floral is the best way to describe it. I like the design of the bottle, it is clear, with black writing, the lid is alike a pyramid/ diamond shape, and would be fine for those with poorer grip. ...As a German, I grew up with the scent of 4711 eau de cologne, and I missed it when I moved to the UK twenty years ago. Fortunately, it is now widely available over here. It is perhaps the most classic, most popular scent of all times: Light but long lasting, unobtrusive, refreshing, uplifting, stimulating, wakening. What it doesn't offer is erotic or sensuous mood, and it just seems too light for an evenign scent. However, I find it the perfect perfume for the daytime. When I feel sticky and sweaty, it quickly freshens me up. When I feel tired and lethargic, a splash of 4711 and I'm instantly awake. When I'm low and depressed (happens often, because I suffer from severe chronic clinical depression), 4711 cheers me up. It even eases a headache. How does it achieve that?
