...As anyone who has read any of my other reviews will know, I adore perfume and have a massive collection sitting on my bedroom shelves. Morgan is not normally a name a would associate with perfume and to be honest, I probably wouldn't have bought this product for myself, but it was bought for me by my Mum for Christmas last year. Morgan De Toi This perfume came out in 2003 and was meant to be distinctly feminine and aimed at fashion conscious women looking for a chic perfume. Packaging The box for this perfume is red and has a picture of the bottle of perfume on the front. The words Morgan eau de toilette is written across the front of the box at the top. ...Dear Ciao readers, I thought I should post this to warn people about Morgan Stanley. Sorry in advance for the length. In June 2006 I took out a credit card with Morgan Stanley with a deal of 2% cash back for 6 months which would then revert to 1%. When it arrived I started using it and everything was fine. After the second month I noticed that the cash back hadn't been applied properly as only 1% had been applied. When I contacted them I was told not to worry as they were aware there was a problem but it would be sorted out by my anniversary date at the latest. Satisfied, I continued using the card. When I used it to purchase a wardrobe I received a call one minute after walking out the store. ...INTRODUCTION My wife and I agreed that our next holiday would be in Prague. But after the events of September 11th I did not want a long flight so we agreed to a 5-day stay in Dublin. My parents have this stupid habit of visiting our flat when we are on holiday. This means that they can go through all our documents eg bank statements in the flat without being disturbed. ...BACKGROUND AND STORYLINE Colleen McCullough is best known for “The Thorn Birds”, a novel novel (if I may use the two words together) about an Australian ranching family. With this epic in mind I picked up “Morgan’s Run”, another epic-length novel, recognising McCullough’s name. Promisingly, the cover claims the novel is a return to McCullough’s successful novel-writing ground of Australia. With this in mind I was surprised (though pleasantly, as I studied in Bristol) to find the novel started off in Bristol, and not Australia, as I was expecting. Morgan’s Run is set in the dying years of the 18th century and features Richard Morgan. ...In this day and age, with technology growing as it is now, you would think that a reputable company like Morgan would be able to make their clothes out of a more luxurious and comfortable material. You can walk into any urban outfitters in your local highstreet and find an abundance of well fitting, quality merchandise, which are manufactured from strong, comfortable and quality material. I just cant stand the cheap, scratchy material that the people at Morgan insist on making their clothes from. Also the sizes at Morgan amaze me. They seem to think that Britains average size is a size 8 or 10 and when you find a 12 or 14 it is completely skin tight. I like the designs that Morgan come up with but hate the materials they choose. Even if Morgan claim that they make their clothes out of this material to pass the savings onto the customer... ...If you've read any of my other reviews, you'll know that my husband and I keep up a tradition of visiting Dublin every year and the second time we went, we stayed in the Morgan. This was in 2002 - the year that all the refurbishments were taking place in the hotel - and in the years since we have had a drink in the bar each time, even though we haven't been back to actually stay there. At that time our room was very reasonably priced for a swish city centre hotel such as this (I believe we paid approximately £60 per night, but this rate had been reduced because of the refurbishment works that were going on at the time) - we had picked the hotel in the first place because the pictures of it on the website reminded me of a London west end 4 star deluxe hotel - all dark wood and white - simplicity and elegance and ultra-modern. Disadvantages: Is it really worth your money? I thought it quite expensive and I found cheaper alternatives of the same items in other stores!!

...I adore shopping and I LOVE clothes. But this French based company create clothes that seem too expensive for their simple struture, designa nd cheap material. The stock does have a very quick turnover and they're clothe do reflect the latest highstreet trends. But I would WARNyou to be vary werie as you can often find the SAME top/item for a cheaper price at other stores. I have been to two store- one in London South Kensington and the other in Leicester. In both stores I found that the clothes were well displayed, so you could see what thestyle is like and how it would fit. The clothes unlike Oxford St Topshop and H&M, were beautifully hung with a range of sizes. Morgan use the European sizing scheme, which is the same in germany and France. Tops come in size1 (small 8-10), size2 (medium 10-12), size3 ( large 12-14) etc, etc... Read review

It has loads of customers, has expanded over time, is very successful, and has one of the best coffee shops in town! Plus it's Wales' largest departement store! Who was David Morgan? David Morgan Ltd., is an independent store still owned and managed by the descendants of the founder, David Morgan (1833-1919). Born near Brecon, he traded successfully in Pontlottyn in the Rhymney Valley for 21 years before moving to The Hayes in 1879.
