My expenditure on shiny plastic discs increased four fold and my bedroom became more and more like a library than a place to sleep. ...By now there are a whole host of online shops challenging Amazon, such as bol.com, hmv.co.uk, play247.com, the list is seemingly endless. Well, add to that one more music shop - www.musica.co.uk. It’s a fairly new site I think; I couldn’t find any information on the site about how long it had been going or who was behind it, but it looks fairly new and basic and I hadn’t heard of them until last week. So why did I order from them? Well, simply I got sent a £10 voucher to try the site, so I thought I might as well check it out :) (the joy of contacts in high places…) When I got to the site, it didn’t look too promising. ...The general consensus for online music purchases tends to favour cd-wow.com. Admittedly, the prices are great. You can’t really argue with the average £8.99 cost of a cd and no delivery charge. Well, you can’t argue with it, as long as you can find the album you want. I have found cd-wow to be pretty mainstream, and decided to look at some other options. Musica.co.uk have artists/albums that I consider represent a wider cross section of the nations musical taste. Whether it’s classical, jazz or pop artists you’re after, Musica seem to have it. The pop heading is a bit misleading, maybe. It really is pop in the widest sense of the word. ...hi people. This is my second posting to date to be honest i wish i was writing more postive reviews(maybe later)? Regarding Musica, my previous posting stated my unfortunate mishappenings of ever coming across this Company ,where i initially posted my review in hindsight was not the ideal place to get maximum exposure to warn you all hence this is probably the best place to post my review. I have only ever used Musica.co.uk once and it will be my last, i placed 2 orders for Cds for xmas presents to date i still have yet to receive them. By law a Company must provide your goods within 30 days after suchtime you can cancel the order and demand a refund. I have executed my right to cancel my order with Musica as you would expect but they fail to respond to emails sent and refund monies owed. Please also be advise the Freepost... Read review

...I ABSOLUTELY ADORE Eros Ramazzotti! As long as i can remember i had a "thing" for him. He is the only man i would ditch my fiance for! lol Apart from the fact that he is a totally stunning man, his music is just gorgeous. A few years ago i saw him live in concert. On a hill overlooking the city of Salzburg in Austria. What an experience it was.....the rain was pourring down that evening but Eros made up for it with a fabulous performance. Eros is specialising in "Italian & Latin Rock Music". The album "MUSICA E" is one of his first albums. It is the first album of Eros that has been translated into Spanish for the latin americans. It's a strong collection of ballads and rockers that sold millions and created a place for Eurorock, a genre that can best be defined by referring to the music of Bryan Adams, for example... ...Nothing could have prepared me for Musica Alhambra. I am very aware of Juan Martin's discography. From 1981 to this present day he has released a string of intricate albums, most of these being extremely traditional. Juan Martin has explored many Flamenco styles, especially in his Andalucian Suites I-IV (same year actually) where he covers Rumba, Tarantas, Tangos, Alegrias, Bulerias and even contemporary Milonga. Musica Alhambra came out in 1998. It is clear to me that Juan Martin plays Zambra, a form of arab influenced flammenco, to perfection. With Musica Alhambra, he goes even further. With this piece of work we undertake a wonderful journey accross a 12th Century Andalucia. This is made possible by additional artists such as Rony Barrak, Stephen Dummer, Chris Karan and the obscure Abdul Salam Kheir. This is definitely worth... Read review
