...moment the bomb explodes, and the person who happens to be holding it loses the round. Of course I say 'explodes'. It in fact just stops ticking and goes 'skkkch', which is a bit naff. Not that I was expecting third-degree burns and mangled digits, but in this age of quality audio reproduction I would perhaps ask for something a bit more exciting than that. But that's just me being picky. I still found it terrific fun - kinda like a souped-up version of Pass the Parcel, with a bomb instead of a parcel. Literally anyone can play it (well, not quite literally - dyslexics and the clinically insane being obvious exceptions), but I would say the ages of 10 to 90 would be the ideal market (above this age brittle bones are in danger of being shattered by an overly enthusiastic toss of the bomb by their neighbour.) ...Decided to take a risk and use this carrier after hearing mixed reviews (their new £5.99 price is too good to pass up!!). Have to say I am totally impressed. I got a little mixed up on the website- turns out I had the wrong postcode when I was placing the order. However their live help facility was fantastic, you can click on it from any page on the order process and a staff member will help you, she pointed me to the postcode finder and 2 mins later I'd finished my order and waited for the driver to turn up later that day. The package arrived next day on their 2-4 day service!! Fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone after my experience. I was very please to find that Parcel to go are able to carry upto 25kg for as little as £6.19 plus VAT . You can also ship upto 500kg for £75 plus VAT, I have never had to ship something that heavy, but it sounds like a good price ! ...I used to sell refurbished Laserjet 4 and 5 printers on Ebay and used Parcel2go all the time. The printers weighed 16kg and I sent one by Royal Mail once and it cost £25. With Parcel2Go, the same parcel only costs around £8.99 so which one would you use ? Because I was doing this business part time, I used to place the order online at parcel2go.com that evening, pack it up and label it ready to go and then the next morning take it to the nearest DHL depot to me (Loughborough in Leicestershire at the time). I'd get there at about 8am but the depot would not take the parcel until they had a confirmation from Parcel2go for the goods. Normally however, this would arrive whilst I was in the office and if not, I would just phone their office and they would fax it through straight away. There seems to be some confusion over who... ...I have a superb experience with this company on international parcels. I often see reviews on here that are always negative and part of me thinks it is often only bad things that are said. However, my own experiences are fantastic. I had a 20kg parcel picked up within 4 hours of placing the order and it was at the destination in Austria within 2 days. I could track all the way through and my buyer was amazed. I looked so professional. As an asdie I often find that if you pack an eBay item properly and label it clearly the number ofproblems drops like a stone. Also before you write off this company beware the major couriers - they do not seem to care as much as Parcel2Go.com do about your single parcels. My view - give them a shout and make up your own mind but I think their services are A*********.... Read review

...I have my own business and have to send my items all over the world and need to use a courier service for this. I have now used parcel2go a total of 44 times, and the statistics are mounting up. I have had a good through all of my paperwork after a disaster yesterday ( more later ) and thought I would share my findings with you. Out of 44 booked pick ups from me, 28 failed to collect the item,Once they turned up to collect it 3 days late. 19 times they failed to deliver the item on time. International parcels seem to get to their destination without problems once they are picked up. I sell antique clocks and NO courier service will insure them so my packing is expertly done and have now sold over 800 clocks and had very few damaged in the post.One parcel2 go driver insisted that he open the package on collection to see what... ...In the black corner, wearing white shorts..... I've used them for delivering parcels for a couple of years - you order online, the DHL man comes and collects, and it generally gets delivered next day. From my experience, they hit their 95% SLA without any problem - a good value service in the black corner, wearing gold shorts.... I was waiting 4 days to collect a parcel - farsical when things go wrong, in the end I had to send the parcel by special delivery - they were useless at resolving the problem, even after having 3 opportunities to get it right . You get the service you pay for - my lesson learned, you cannot promise your customers next day delivery with their "next day" service - and prepare to bang your head against a wall if you expect a good quality backup.
