...Princess are not Quitters is a fun and enjoyable kids book. The story is exicting and full of energy that my children really enjoyed (espically with some funny voices and out of breathe acting) This partically captured my 4 year old daughter who is into all things princess like. The pictures are bright and full of detail with lots going on. In the background are funny details written on posters and sign etc which will amuse older reads and adults. My daughter has spent ages pouring over the pictures looking at all the details. The story flows in a nice way which contributes to the pace of the story . The story is of 3 princesses who are bored with royal life and so decide to become maids. ...My Princes Craft Book On a recent wander round Tesco, we picked up this book for £3.79, as opposed to the R.R.P of £7.99. Of course, the cover of the book has been designed to make it as appealing as possible for girls (I hope I'm not been too non pc) who love pink, and princesses, since it is the obligatory pink colour, and shows a tantalizing display of tiaras, castles and princesses. **What do I get with the book?** Open the book and there are 2 full pages of gold stickers- hearts, banners, circles, arched windows and stars. These can be used to decorate the things which your little lady has made, or used to stick on cards envelopes and bits of paper, as so often happens in our house. Advantages: Its nice and small, with lovely pictures

Advantages: A humorous book with great illustrations. Positive message.
Disadvantages: Not for anyone who thinks who likes the traditional idea of a princess or for raging anti-feminists!

...Before I start, I have to let you know that I am by no means a feminist, far from it...............strange I know but I hate seeing a man ironing, just goes against the grain for me but I do like them to do their fair share around the house etc so I'm not a complete doormat!! ...As a film, “The Princess Bride” is possibly the best DVD to have around when you’re not feeling well. There is a wonderfully recuperative effect in wrapping yourself in your duvet with a cup of Lemsip and watching the film, only matched by “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” Of course, there is every reason why this should be so. The reasoning behind the book is supposedly based around a time when the author was a young boy and very ill and his father read a book to him. That book was Morgenstern’s “The Princess Bride”, although as that contained a few rather boring asides concerning the history and social etiquettes of Florin, where it was set, his father edited these bits out. ...A lovely book for anyone who loves princesses and wants to make princess things. Yes, I do know someone who fits into this category quite nicely! We already have some of the other usborne craft books, and having found them useful and very enjoyable, this was a must. After the index, with a list of the makes, the book gets straight onto the descriptions of how to make the items, without any long preamble as to how the book should be used. I like this because we want to make the things, not be told how to use what is essentially a very simple book. There are 17 things to make; I would say the book is definitely more "make" than "do"- there are no ideas for example, of princess dance moves. .... Disney's Princess is beautifuly illustrated throughout, The front cover always has a picture of 2 or more of the Princess's this issue was Snowwhite and jasmin. On the 1st page is a brief contents of whats in the book and what page its on and also a space for your child to write there name. This issue included a beautiful pull out poster of alladin and jasmin which now has pride of place on Chloe's wall it was easy to take out- did not rip or ruin any other part of book (unlike some Chloe has had in the past). What is in Disney's princess magazine In every issue there are pictures to colour based on the princesses and the pages arent as glossy as some other magazines so children are able to use crayons or pencils- no need for messy pens staining the furniture which is a huge bonus lol. Advantages: Excellent Value for Money, Best Holidays Ever
Disadvantages: Average Age of Passengers is higher than you would find in Hotels

...can book a Princess Cruise through your local travel agent or directly through Princess, call the number in the brochure but a tip to all, check first the deals you can get on the Internet and also in the Daily Mail on saturday or sunday, in the travel section, this will supply some agents who always give the best deal, ie Gills Cruises or Cruise Traders. Prices are all dependant upon your prefernce, you can go either for an inside cabin or balcony or mini-suite. Mini-suites are just about comfortable for sleeping 3 and also have a bath in. Just note, once you upgrade, you will never go down. Also most cruises, you cant get a single occupancy, if only 1 person was travelling, you automatically pay for the second person whether they are there or not. Happy cruise hunting.
