Advantages: Another version to add to your collection of Rocky Horror memorabilia

...This is another soundtrack to Richard O`brien`s cult classic The Rocky Horror Show. This version is from the 1990 play cast. Unfortunately the booklet does not give you all the information needed, if you want to know that who played who in this play. However, I can tell you that Mr Ade Edmonson ( Vyv from The Yong Ones fame ) plays the character Brad Majors in this production. A very unique cast of various actors and actresses adorn this unique version of this well know cult play. Also, you do get actual vocalisation on here. Although after seeing the play many years ago & then seeing the classic movie, I cannot place where some of the vocal snippets have come from. This style of music can be described as 1950`s camp. Advantages: more Rocky....and Shock Treatment

Advantages: It's so funny and memorable
Disadvantages: It WILL freak out people without open minds!

...You wonder what was going on in Richard O'Brien's head when he made this show, and whatever it was, you can't help but laugh! If you've never seen the show, you don't know what you're missing, and I'm not going to spoil it for you! The show churns out such memorable songs as, "Time warp" which everybody knows the words too. Considering this was made in 1973, it's quite a tribute that people just want to see the show again and again, it's made millions on the stage, and it's so refreshing to see it on DVD. The quality hasn't been comprimised, sound and vision are perfect, and surely enhance the show itself. This is well worth you buying and adding to the collection, it is a DVD that you will watch again and again. Go and buy now!... Read review
