Is there a part 2?
Review of The Sky is Falling - Sidney Sheldon by
rose31bernard
Advantages: Great Story, FLow of chapters
Disadvantages: bit Disturbing
...The Sky is Falling, an international best-seller by Sidney Sheldon, elucidates how a TV anchorwoman, Dana Evans, finds it just impalpable that the series of deaths in the legendary Winthrop family, in a short span of a year, is nothing but a mere coincidence!
She follows her intuition that there is more to this tragedy than the eye can see! She looks into the intricacies of this enigmatic crisis, endangering her life at every step! She is derided by many…but does not give up!! Does she succeed in her goal? Or is she just a victim of her impulsiveness?
This book written by Sidney Sheldon takes us into such a cryptic journey, where one finds it more than just difficult to stop reading till the truth is unleashed. It’s got all the requisites of a perfect book- murder, treason, mystery, romance, power, - to name a few. Each chapter flows...

Rage of Angels - a definate read
Review of Rage of Angels - Sidney Sheldon by
tazza72
Advantages: Great plot, well written, fantastic ending
Disadvantages: none
...Sidney Sheldon has been one of my favourite authors for some time now. In fact I first got reading his books when one was free on a cereal packet and I thought it might be something my husband would read. As it happens he didn’t read it until about 2 years later. I, however, have now read and reread every single Sidney Sheldon book that has been written.
Sidney Sheldon’s books are mainly thriller and suspense, although some have been known to be a bit raunchy too!
Rage of Angels was first published in 1980. This is a story about Jennifer Parker, a successful lawyer who is loved by two men, one a politician, the other, a mafia don. The story is about her loves and heartbreaks, her highs and her lows, with a twist of suspense added in for good measure. It tells how a simple mistake near the beginning of the book...

Sheldon just gets better and better
Review of Tell Me Your Dreams - Sidney Sheldon by
vinodgm
Advantages: Suspense, Cant put this one down
Disadvantages: None
...She had read about stalkers, but they belonged in a different world. She had no idea who it could be, who would want to harm her. She was trying desperately not to panic, but her sleep had been filled with nightmares, and she had awakened each morning with a feeling of impending doom.
Thus begins Sidney Sheldon’s chilling novel, “Tell me Your Dreams”.
Three beautiful young women are suspected of committing a series of brutal murders. The police make an arrest that leads to one of the most bizarre murder trials of the century.
Based on real medical cases, Sheldon’s novel races from London to Rome to the city of Quebec to San Francisco with a climax that will leave the reader stunned.
This is how the books describes itself.
Sydney Sheldon’s ability to write novels like these is incredible. All his novels...

A thrilling and enjoyable novel
Review of Rage of Angels - Sidney Sheldon by
cdgwilt
Advantages: Cannot put it down.
Disadvantages: Not long enough.
...I have read many of Sheldon's books over the past few weeks. He has an original style which is much different from the likes of Grisham for example. Rage of Angels is one of my favorites, the characters are believable and the female lead is able to get herself into a horrible situation.
I found the story very sad in places and overall, portrays a tale of a loss due to the situations created by others. I would recogment the story to any one intregued by crime or a thriller storyline. Following this novel I read 'Bloodline', which was my overall personal favorite.
If you like one of Sheldons novels then you will be sure to be adicted to them all....

Review of If Tomorrow Comes - Sidney Sheldon by
rollerskaterabbit
Advantages: gripping, clever, excellent
Disadvantages: none
...This was the first book that I read by the author Sidney Sheldon and it is most definitely one of my favourite books.
The star of the story is a young woman named Tracey Whitney who at the begining of the book has everything- a happy life, a good job and a rich fiance whom she adores. The icing on the cake is when she discovers she is pregnant with his child.
As Tracey is literally bursting with happiness her mother in contrast commits suicide because her family company has been ruined by mafia type mobsters. Tracey tries to help clear her mother's name by confronting the mafia man behind this- a man named Joe Romano. During the confrontation he tries to sexually assault her so Tracy shoots and wounds him. She is then set up by a lawyer and judge on the mafia payroll and is sentenced to imprisonment in the Southern Louisiana...

DREAMS ---- Secrets buried in the past.......
Review of Tell Me Your Dreams - Sidney Sheldon by
hinasif76
Advantages: A great pastime, good suspence, very informative
Disadvantages: Might give you a chill at night
...INTRODUCTION
I have always been a great fan of Sidney Sheldon. I have read each and every one of his books. My favourite books are "If tomorrow comes" and "The other side of midnight". To tell you the truth I have read most of his books more than once. His books are always filled with suspense and thrill sometimes revolving around murder mysteries and sometimes descriptive and detailed information's of certain professions or occupations.
Sidney Sheldon always does his homework. He is always well informed with complete research about the surroundings and the topics involving the story lines.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Sidney Sheldon, A master storyteller, has earned international praise and recognition world wide. He is the winner of an Oscar, a Tony, and an Edgar Allan Poe Award, Sheldon has over 200 television scripts, twenty-five major motion...

The best I have read
Review of Bloodline - Sidney Sheldon by
cdgwilt
Advantages: Super storyline,different from the norm
Disadvantages: umm,detective a little strange
...This is definately the best book that Sheldon has written. The characters are believable, interesting and in depth. Lots of characters are used, within the family. This is in order to make it difficult for the reader to find the arch villain.
Each character is developed fully and the reader is able togain an ability to get to know each character.
In the usual Seldon style the plot is brilliant. It takes a number of twists and turns until the final climax. A subploy involving 'Old Samule' is a story within its self, but, holds much irony towards the main plot.
The strong female heroine, Elizabeth, is not the typical weak personality, she is able to look after herself which transforms the story.
Overall, this was a brilliant one of the best novels I have ever read....

Twisted Minds
Review of The Doomsday Conspiracy - Sidney Sheldon by
nitebabe
Advantages: fantastic reading
Disadvantages: can't put the darn book down:)
...Tell me your dreams.......by Sidney Sheldon
A story of terrifying reality that strikes so many people.
Sidney Sheldon has once again written an excellent book this time using real medical cases. A book that gave me total insight into something l didn’t know existed.
He tells a story of three young women whose lives are turned upside down when a trail of gruesome murders start to happen, and they become suspects.
Ashley believes that she is being stalked and even her past begins to haunt her as she learns that her high school sweetheart shared the same fate of those dying around her.
She even starts to believe that her father might be involved, but police think differently.
Toni is a woman always looking for a good time and thinks that Ashley is a snob who doesn’t know how...

PROLOGUE
`````````````````
SIDNEY SHELDON was born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1917. And died on January 30, 2007. He is the one author whom I will sorely miss. I believe that I have read most of his novels, my first one being The Master Of The Game which I read when I was twelve ( I’ve been hooked ever since!).
Though he started his Hollywood career in 1937 as a Scriptreader, he published his first novel 'The Naked Face' only in 1969.
Are You Afraid Of The Dark was his last Novel to be published. It hit the stands in 2004 . This was followed by his memoirs ‘The Other Side of Me’ in 2005.
This is just a review, and I don’t intend to give a blow by blow account of the whole tale. At the end of the review if anyone feels that they‘d like to go out and buy the book, or borrow it for a read, or even decide...
You'll fall for this one
Review of The Sky is Falling - Sidney Sheldon by
elle3041
Advantages: easy to follow storyline
Disadvantages: hard to put down
...This is Sidney Sheldon’s latest novel, which has been highly acclaimed by the New York Times. It was first published in hardback form in 2000 and now is widely available in paperback too. It is published by HarperCollins at a recommended retail price of £5.99 but in fact I bought mine from Woolworth’s for £3.84.
The story follows Dana Evans, a 27 year- old anchorwoman from an American TV network, who has just returned home to Washington after covering the violence in Sarajevo. With her she brings back Kemal, a Serbian orphan whom she plans to adopt, after her marriage to Jeff, a former baseball player, now a sports reporter.
Following an interview with Gary Winthorpe, a leading American celebrity and later his murder, Dana investigates a series of other deaths. These are the deaths of other members of his family within...
