...South park is basically a game in 3D which has no relation to the TV series (except of course the characters and a few of the weapons). Maybe the game is of some relevance to the TV show, but there are no good levels that relate to the series. All that the levels entail are walking around a plain in 3D mode and fighting creatures, whether it be turkeys, aliens, Big Gay Al models or anything else. The game is pathetic, but South Park Rally is a lot better. The graphics are very similar but the races actually have some point to them! This game is a very bad buy and is not worth the money.... ...South park is one of the most funniest things i have seen on TV for a long time you cant help but lagh at this and the film keeps up with the TV series and goes one further it s UNCUT AHHHHHHHH ,i must admit i was bit shocked when i hurt Terrance and Phillp singing THAT song it was very fuuny i was rolling about the floor with laughter Great stuff and the film is great and every south park fan should own a copy of this fantastic , although the DVd practicly contains hardly any extras which is abit disappointing but you cant ahve every thing i suppose... ...Whether or not you like South Park, I assure you you won't like this game. Sure, it may have all the characters including ones who have only appeared on one show, like Skuzzlebutt, but still this game is terrible and gives the quality TV show South Park a bad name. So what is so bad about South Park Rally? What isn't? The graphics are poor, the lastability is poor (I was bored after one night), the handling is difficult, the courses are terrible, and everything else about this game sucks. Don't waste your money buying the title, don't waste your time borrowing it, I advise you to just stay well away from this mess of a game that is South Park Rally. Apologies to South Park for this review, the cartoon is great, but the game most certyainly isn't in my opinion.... Read review

...Jesse is not bad for a daytime television show, but frankly when compared with other comedies in the evening such as Friends and South Park, it is no where near as good, in fact it is in its own league towards the bottom of the comedy pile. I think perhaps it needs to change the humour quite a lot and make the storylines a lot more interesting. For example once when I actually bothered to watch this tv programme it was about a man of whom I can't remember his name who came back from holiday with a moustache, his girlfriend however absolutely detested it.... ...The TV show, fits nicely into 30 minutes, one idea well executed and not overdone. So what about the film, could they fill over an hour with an idea. Well the time was filled, but it was rather stretched. Yes there are some good gags and nore poignant irony aimed at today's society, but the film drags on and parts are just abysmal. The plot centres around the hatered that builds up against the Canadians, because of the latest downright rude Terrence and Phillips movie. The kids swear all the time and the parents "blame canada". So all out war nearly occurs, but is just avoided. The problem is there is little more added in the long version than you would see in half an hour, so parts of the film are reptitive and bland. Worth a watch, but far from the excellence of the TV version.... Read review

...This game has a bit of everything in it. It is in a TV quiz format which Chef presents. Each player is a South Park character out of a choice of Cartman, Stan, Kyle or Kenny. You have to answer questions, play mini games and spin the wheel of fortunatous The questions are about things which have happened in South Park or general knowledge questions relating to them. I found that I couldn't answer many of the South Park questions, having only watched some episodes and no episode more than once. To know all the answers you would have to have seen every episode about three times and be a really dedicated South Park fan. The mini games are like old spectrum games only adapted to fit the South Park theme. There have names like Spank the Monkey and Chicken Lover. They are obviously meant to be funny but I didn't get all of the jokes... Read review

The first quality that you notice in this game is the feel, fans of the cartoon show will instantly recognize the settings and feel right at home in the south park world, the visuals are obviously a step up from the 2D graphics you treated to in the TV show but you still feel as though you’re racing in an authentic South Park episode. The visuals recreate what we see in the TV show into a colorful, jaw dropping 3D world, you simply whiz past the beautiful scenery wile playing but you’ll be forgive for slowing down to gaze at it’s beauty it really is a wonder to look at. The game is an improvement over it’s Playstation counterpart due to the PS version having shoddy graphics, terrible collision detection and no more than 2 in multiplayer! ...Despite being a cartoon, which are generally aimed at children, The Simpsons contains so much adult humour (but I suppose I would say that cos I am supposed to be an adult)!! It is not an entirely adult cartoon like South Park, the adult humour I mentioned is more subtle, not blatant swearing, so kids don't realise. I think that makes it more clever than South Park. The characters are so distinct and likeable, and people often relate to them or one of their many quirks! Homer is fantastic and you can't help but associate with him and envy his indulgent ways, Bart never fails to amuse - the naughty kid with a heart of gold (somewhere in there), Marge is so sweet and dull and Lisa sooooo clever! ...I am not a huge fan of the South Park series. Whilst it is a bit of a laugh for a half hour episode I was not convinced that the humour could be stretched to fill a feature film. The film does have the feel of being simply an extended episode. There are a few sequences where some money has obviously been spent on the animation, but the rest is the same flat 2D as the Tv series. This is not necessarily a bad thing, the animation is original and fun. The script is, of course, very heavy on expletives and coarse humour. The writers haev managed to make some points about racism, war etc. but always through poking fun at these issues. All in all an enjoyable film, but far from being a classic.... Read review

...This game was on my shopping list well before it was to be released, even though the critics predicted the game to be somewhat drab or a mario kart rip off. however all of those people out there who call themselves game experts were wrong. southpark rally for the n64 is a classic and has all of the oumph and pazzazz that mario kart has but in a whole new way. The new characters that can earned as you progress through the massive championship mode are wonderful much like the actual characters from the tv show, and their wonderful one liners will keep you laughing for hours. Honestly though, you must buy this game even if you are not a south park fan, as the levels are wacky and the drivers superb. This is more than just a game...... ~Chris... Read review
