...For the price of this TV, it is not that bad, you cant go wrong for £450, the original was £400, so this TV is very cheap and also 32inches. Also the TV is wall mountable and the brackets are supplied, wall mounting the unit was very easy and anyone can do it, if you follow the instructions.Looks very good and quite attractive, may seem plastic looking but it s not bad. Really good to look at when its off, and may make a few neighbours jealous. After viewing a DVD on the TV i was very impressed by it, quality looked great and same with the sound. Overall the TV is worth it, simply for the price, although it maybe useful hanging on and going for a more reputable brand such as: Toshiba or Panasonic.... Read review

Advantages: Great sound, looks good

...The sound from this system is really great. I sometimes think that something is coming through the lounge doors and then realise its the background on the film coming through the speakers. The system looks great although there is the one huge speaker which needs to be placed reasonably close to the TV for optimum sound. The smaller speakers are really good as you can have them wall mounted ( you need to buy the brackets as extras) or just placed around the room. The brackets we purchased allow the speaker to be rotated which is great if you want to change the room around - gives you a bit more flexibility. The dvd tray does seem to take a while to open and close and doesn't seem as smooth as other dvd players we have had. There has been some recent problems with the sound being out of sink with the picture however switching... Read review

Advantages: I've got new speakers in the bar
Disadvantages: The bar is now flooded with water

...are correct, go as far back as the days of valve radios. Truly, the speakers in the pub were terrible. In fact, one in the public bar had managed to blow itself up several times and so, today, I decided it was time that these speakers were replaced. New speakers to hand and Oddjob Adam on call to help fit them, the two of us set about removing the old speakers and fitting the new ones. The trouble is, the new ones didn’t fit on the old speakers’ mounting brackets, so new brackets had to be installed. It took a bit of doing. Where one speaker was mounted the hammer drill needed to be deployed; where the other speaker was mounted I was able to practically push my finger through the wall to create a hole for the screw. It was all a little tricky but, eventually, and with much huffing and puffing, we had two new speakers up in the public bar and... Read review

Advantages: slim and compact unit, No wires for the rear speakers!
Disadvantages: Absolutely needs a subwoofer for real movie bass effects

..., the results were a revelation! So we bought it, and the wall bracket (which was a frightening price for a piece of bent metal!). It was reasonably easy to mount the bracket, but mounting the ysp onto the bracket was a bit of a trial, as there's not much room to get the securing bolts behind. Originally we used the 'autosetup' option, but experience has taught us that this made assumptions about our room size that were VERY wide of the mark! So we set it up manually. There are so many options for length, width, where your sitting in relation to the unit etc., and you can tweak the unit to the nth degree. It knows when youv'e got a subwoofer attached and sets that up too. When it's well set up it's brilliant, Finding Nemo set to the DTS soundtrack is great, it's so good we kept being taken by surprise by the spacious surround sound, which seems... Read review
