I first visited here a couple of years ago, with my now eldest son of almost 17. You know what they're like at that age they like to be seen wearing items of clothing that bear a brand name, such as Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Ted Baker and such like. My son kept nagging me to drive him here, as they do have a vast majority of discounted names. I'm not over keen on giving any such agreeance with this merely because of the outrageous prices that are asked, but i had heard a few friends say that they had been here and did manage to pick up a few bargains. It was nearing his birthday so suggested that he pay his way if he had any birthday money, and we'd drive out and take a look.....
Directions *** As you may or may not know I live in Bristol so not too far a drive for me, approx an hour. You need to travel on the M4 motorway, and come off at junction 16, and the rest is signposted from there, and it's very easy to find and not too far off the motorway, i'd say about 15 or 20 minutes. On arriving here you will be greeted my a large open car park that is directly opposite the entrance the the outlet. It is a pay and display, but you do get the price of your parking back in most cases, if you spend a minimal amount, then when you return to your car, you can go to an on-site cabin show a couple of your receipts and they will stamp your ticket and you exit for free.

Refreshments / Food ***
You will be spoilt for choice really, it's all on a self-service basis, with plenty of room for all, and a smoking area in one far area, one of my favourites is the Jacket Potatoes, called "Fat Jackets" really are value for money and very tasty, and it stands to reason that there is a McDonalds (goes without saying really), also KFC, Pizza Parlour, Starbucks, Singapore Sam, and many more catering for all tastes. For those of you that receive Luncheon Vouchers, most places take these as well.
Prices *** You will always find shops with sales on, no matter what time of the day or year, many savings giving you 50% off and more when there is sale on.
Accessability *** Very wheelchair and buggy friendly, baby changing area's, with the wheelchairs you can even hire them out for free.
Historic Archive *** It has been built among the Great Western Railway Works. You will find an old Great Western Train situated in the food forecourt.
My Opinion *** Great for a day out. Parking is ideally situated and more often than not free. It is all undercover, and all on one level. Easy access for buggy's and wheelchairs. They have two play-area's for little one's. You will always find a bargain i have proof of that. All quality shops. If you are looking for shops such as Littlewoods and Debenhams then you will not find them here. So in my opinion worth a trip, have your lunch there and make a day of it !
