	Le Carlton Le Top! Le Carlton is an institution in Cannes! It is an amazing hotel with history back to the beginning of the 1900's. It was occupied by the Germans during the second world war. 	Quick review of Suitehotel Cannes Carnot, Cannes Review of Suitehotel Cannes Carnot, Cannes by v1c1 Real nice hotel for travellers on a budget. In a town where everything seems quite expensive, this is good value for money. Rooms where spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful. Its about 10 minutes walk from the beaches of La Crossette, but still convenient. The only disadvantages of this hotel I would say are that you have to cross quite a major road to get from it to the main area of town. Its may seem abit of a walk from the town to the hotel at night, but the area is well lit and safe. Advantages include free internet access, gym faciliities and huge rooms. We found this out after a last minute deal to Cyprus, we were warned by well meaning friends that it was dear, but in fact it represented very good value for money. Good op.
