Disadvantages: Near very noisy pub, not a great view from apartment. 	Quick review of Stamford Grand North Ryde, Sydney Review of Stamford Grand North Ryde, Sydney by lovetahiti I very recently stayed at the Stamford Grand North Ryde and would like to take this opportunity to reveal what guests can really expect from their stay. The food shows up late, is cold and is not what you order. You have to request napkins, salt and pepper. You certainly do not get what you pay for. The staff are unhelpful and appear not to care. Our room had a view of the carpark and main road with no privacy at all. Overall, we felt ripped off, ignored and were glad to actually leave. I have emailed my feedback to the hotel numerous times but they refuse to respond so I will write my comments here for all to read and make note. 	Quick review of Hotel Ibis World Square, Sydney Review of Hotel Ibis World Square, Sydney by beksanoul The room in Ibis Hotel was very basic and the room smelt of smoke when we arrived. There windows didn't open and really, you want to spend as little time in there as possible! However, It wasn't dirty as such and it was somewhere to rest your head. It was close to Darling Harbour but about a 20 minute walk through town to the main harbour. Also - right next door to a bottle shop, bonus!
