Advantages: Friendly town, good activities - prices are competitive, lots of places to eat, very experienced guides
Disadvantages: prices were fairly expensive compared to other tourist towns - supermarkets prices were noticabley more.

We went to Christchurch for a couple of days, as our main holiday was with friends in Hamilton. I went ski-ing for the day, it was great. Some more information about Christchurch and what is there would imrpove the review, and also watch out for capital letters on place names :o) by marymoose99
