Got to know about them through a forwarded email with a holiday special coupon and thought to use it. On a whole, the website looks pretty neat, enticing enough and customer oriented as there is nothing more than a booking form and that's what everyone would be using..

The booking form is spacious, uncluttered and quite intutive. As and when I type "Hea"

It shows Heathrow Airport.. even when I type "Fra" it shows up Frankfurt airport and not France, which would be broader option. Quite precise selection.

Moving further, dates and age and time are nothing unusual, after filling in the details, the search engine starts to work and finds out a number of cars with a boxed format on the page. Each car box has it's own Rate Details, Vehicle Details, and Cost to pay to book the car displayed. On mouse over the price, it also shows the inclusives offered with each car. Neat touch.

Proceeding further, clicking on the book now buttons processes the book request. The booking confirmation form loads and the page goes secure from here. Filling up the details and CC info is required here..once done, You get 3 mails right away. 1. car reservation info 2. car reservation confirmation of payment. 3. Car rental confirmation voucher.

Rest all is pretty clear.. Took the printout of the voucher, showed it at the rental desk at the melbourne airport in-terminal counter and The lady on the desk did process my booking quickly without keeping me waiting in the queue. The car that I was given could have been neat. The foot mats were not present. Had to request them to put them up. It was not as clean car as it could be..Plus kept getting text's and calls in the middle of my rental period about insurance upgrades.. did nothing but ignored..other than that.. It was a a brilliant experience booking a car online.. which most of the times I avoided doing..But now since system is way much transparent, there is nothing that can keep away from booking online..
